Grand Hyatt but without Grand service
We had a good time in Abu Dhabi and Grand Hyatt is perfectly location opposite the Palace on Corniche Rd. The hotel is scenic, with a beach, pool, bar, open restaurant. However, there are flaws on service. The service is really bad if you request for baby cot, room service, food, room service drinks, all take 40 minutes to 1 hour to reach you. The check-in took 1 hour and room allotment another 30 minutes because it wasnt clean and ready.

Great stay
Great place ..nice staff ..highly recommended i recently stayed here and was thoroughly impressed. The customer service is outstanding—everyone goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. The room was modern, clean, and offered great views. The breakfast was also delicious. Five stars all around!
