very good atmosphere and location , it was a very good stay and worthy one clean pool and Rooms , very friendly helpful staff , many thanks for them , Food quality is very good and tasty as well only note that there's no kids club or kids activity there at all , so you have to book all YAS island amenities to complete it

We found bed bugs during our first night at the hotel We were bitten, and there were blood stains on the sheets, duvet, and pillowcases. the next morning we informed the reception manager Mrs. Janice they went up to the room to check we asked to change rooms and have a room with a washing machine to disinfect our laundry and avoid the spread they refused our request we asked that our laundry be washed at the hotel laundry in this case the laundry of the 1st day in the room and our pajamas we are 2 adults and 2 children They told us only 6 pieces how is it possible to have only 6 pieces of linen outside that we are 4. We changed rooms except that I had forgotten things in the first room I was accompanied with a person from the hotel to pick it up to my great surprise the room had been rented out for newcomers 2 hours ago between the time I left and the moment the room was returned it is unacceptable and shows that it does not count treated bed bugs. It's really shocking and disappointing

Just finished a fantastic stay at the Grand Hyatt Abu Dhabi. The hotel itself is gorgeous, but the service is what really made the experience memorable. ​I want to give a special shoutout to Alex at the front desk. He was exceptionally professional, patient, and attentive during check-in and whenever I had questions. You can really tell he cares about making sure guests have a great experience. Thanks to Alex and the team for making everything so smooth—I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in Abu Dhabi!
