Our measures include health declaration forms on arrival; temperature checks for all guests and colleagues; PPE available for all guests to use during their stay; such as face masks; disinfectant hand sanitisers and disposable gloves; PPE worn by all staff throughout the hotel; significant increases in regular disinfection conducted across all hotel areas; increased cleaning in place of air handling and fan coil units as well as regular maintenance and filter changes; increased cleaning in place of all hard surfaces throughout hotel public areas and in guest rooms; increase anti-viral disinfection measures in place for all in room soft furnishings and surfaces; table distancing measures in dining outlets.

Emirates Palace Tour - Family experience
Our family had a wonderful experience touring the Palace on 6 October 2026 at 12:00 pm, thanks to our exceptional tour guide, Yuli.
Yuli was incredibly knowledgeable, engaging, entertaining, and personable, making the entire experience both informative and enjoyable.
The Palace itself is absolutely magnificent and well worth visiting. To finish off an already memorable experience, the famous Gold Cappuccino was the perfect finishing touch!
We highly recommend both the Palace tour and Yuli as a guide.

A Superb Experience
My wife and I stayed here for our Golden Wedding Anniversary after enjoying a previous holiday there a year before.
On this occasion we had a most enjoyable time with you and EP team and the whole experience we had at the Emirates Palace.
All the staff gave us such kind help and attention ensured we had such a really special and memorable experience during our stay for our Anniversary. The whole Palace covers a large area with a great choice of beaches and many excellent restaurants to choose from. There is constant sun too and there is so much to do if want to venture out into Abu Dhabi which is so easy with cheap local taxis.
We will be going back!

Superb Club Room stay, the EP Club made the trip
My husband and I spent a week at Emirates Palace in a Sea View Club Room on half board with Dine Around, and the Club access is what made the stay for us.
The EP Club lounge is beautiful. The main area has high tables and a buffet, and there are quieter side rooms with lower seating, which are perfect for relaxing. The library room was our favourite spot, and we met other couples there and made friends we're still in touch with. The Club runs breakfast, afternoon tea from 2 to 4pm, and cocktails and canapés from 5 to 7pm. The food in the Club was fresh and delicious, and our thanks go to Chef Rohit. The team were attentive without ever being intrusive. Ahmed and Elena lead it brilliantly, and Santosh, Aluina, Koffie, Lee and Steven were all wonderful too.
Half board gives you a choice of set menus or a credit towards à la carte, across Hakkasan, Strawfire, Broadway (American), Lebanese, Indian and Italian. Hakkasan and Strawfire were our favourites. Afternoon tea was just enough to keep us going through the day without spoiling dinner.
The palace is split into two mirrored wings, Mandarin and Oriental, which is where the rooms are. Most of the restaurants are in the middle section connecting the two.
The grounds are vast, spacious and lovely, and buggies will take you wherever you want to go. The beach is Horseshoe Bay, with the marina and the palace at one end, and it's a beautiful place for a walk up and down. Club guests also get access to the private EP Club beach. For pools, there is an adult-only option next to the main Oriental pool, plus a lazy river at the Mandarin pool, so you can choose between quiet and lively.
The hotel is very grand and has everything you need under one roof, but the EP Club made our holiday feel private and exclusive. We will be back and are looking to book again next year.
