Existing high standards of health and hygiene have been enhanced and we remain alert to local advice form health experts and government authorities; adapting best practices accordingly. Our measures include health declaration forms on arrival; temperature checks for all guests and colleagues; PPE available for all guests to use during their stay; such as face masks; disinfectant hand sanitisers and disposable gloves; PPE worn by all staff throughout the hotel; significant increases in regular disinfection conducted across all hotel areas; increased cleaning in place of air handling and fan coil units as well as regular maintenance and filter changes; increased cleaning in place of all hard surfaces throughout hotel public areas and in guest rooms; increase anti-viral disinfection measures in place for all in room soft furnishings and surfaces; table distancing measures in dining outlets.

Summer Camp 2026
My daughter visited a summer camp in July 2026. I am glad that i chose this camp, coaches are very kind and careful, and my daughter asks when we are going to Emirates again every morning since we enrolled there.

The coach is incredibly helpful, patient, and caring with the children. They always make sure the kids feel comfortable while learning, and they are very organized, even with the children’s belongings.
The children always come home happy and excited, sharing stories about how kind and supportive the coach is. It’s clear that they enjoy every session and have a wonderful experience.
The activities are well-organized, and the overall environment is positive and welcoming. On top of that, the food is also excellent. Overall, we are very satisfied and highly recommend the program. Iconic Abu Dhabi
Iconic hotel in Abu Dhabi. We enjoyed walking on the beach riding bikes around the resort, swimming in the pools including the slides and lazy river but most of all we enjoyed stand up paddleboarding. From the water the views of the hotel and palace are beautiful. We did the half board option with dinner at Hakkasan (with surcharge) - it is not often that you get to enjoy Michelin star food as part of your meal package. The breakfast buffet also had a large selection. The only downside was our checkin. When we arrived there was no welcome beverage, explanation of the resort, etc. We arrived early and the room was not yet ready which was fine. We said we would get a bite to eat while waiting and were told they would message us when ready. After a while we still hadn't heard so we checked again and were told still not ready. Finally, after still not getting a message we went back 30 minutes after regular checkin was to start and when asking they were surprised we hadn't been messaged as it had been ready.
