Hospitality @ it's Best 👌
There were two special celebrations this weekend, and we chose Dusit Thani, Abu Dhabi to celebrate my cousin’s birthday and my aunt’s birthday.
A heartfelt thank you to the Reservations Team, especially Ashley and Raffy, for the wonderful arrangements that made our stay even more memorable.
To the Urban Kitchen team, thank you for the warm welcome and the excellent service during both our dinner and breakfast. Special thanks to Kaiza, Neo, Hasham & Noman. Your attentiveness and genuine hospitality did not go unnoticed. Also, the gentleman at the egg station who was also doing cross- training at the reception (I’m sorry I forgot your name.)
Last but certainly not least, thank you to the Manager on duty, Ms. Marge. You truly embody the meaning of hospitality. Your genuine kindness & warm personality made us feel so welcome & truly valued. It’s the kind of experience that makes guests want to come back.

I recently stayed at the Dusit Thani Abu Dhabi, and overall, it was a wonderful experience! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, truly bringing that signature Thai hospitality to life. The hotel itself is beautiful, with a stunning, massive atrium that leaves a great first impression.
The Rooms: Very spacious, clean, and comfortable with great views of the city.
The Food: The dining options were fantastic, especially the breakfast buffet which had a massive variety of delicious choices.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Abu Dhabi and look forward to staying here again!
