Dilip S is an amazing person and always makes our room smell really nice and cleans everything. He’s try’s his hardest to get everything done in a timely manner.

Dilip S. has provided outstanding housekeeping service during my stay. He takes great pride in his work, and it truly shows. The room is always spotless, fresh, and welcoming, with a clean scent that makes it feel new every day.
He consistently ensures the beds are neatly made and goes above and beyond to accommodate any requests. Dilip was especially helpful with my pillow selection, taking the time to make sure I was comfortable, which I greatly appreciated.
His friendly attitude, attention to detail, and dedication to guest satisfaction create a wonderful atmosphere. Dilip’s professionalism and hard work have made a significant positive impact on my experience. I highly recommend him!
Great stay with excellent hospitality!
I recently stayed at the Dusit Thani Abu Dhabi, and overall, it was a wonderful experience! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, truly bringing that signature Thai hospitality to life. The hotel itself is beautiful, with a stunning, massive atrium that leaves a great first impression.
The Rooms: Very spacious, clean, and comfortable with great views of the city.
The Food: The dining options were fantastic, especially the breakfast buffet which had a massive variety of delicious choices.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Abu Dhabi and look forward to staying here again!

It’s wonderful time.
It was a truly wonderful stay in Dusit Thani Abu Dhabi. The hospitality from the front desk staff Teddy, and the club lounge service staff member (sorry, I forgot his name!) was especially fantastic. It’s my home in Abu Dhabi. Thank you so much!
