Wonderful stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Abu Dhabi Yas Island Residences
We had a wonderful stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Abu Dhabi Yas Island Residences. From the very beginning, the welcome was extremely warm and made us feel genuinely valued as guests.
We would especially like to thank the team for the room upgrade. It was a lovely gesture and made our stay even more enjoyable. The room was also spotlessly clean and very comfortable, and we would like to extend our special thanks to the entire Housekeeping team for their excellent work and attention to detail.
The location is another great advantage of the hotel. It is very convenient for exploring Yas Island and its attractions, while still providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere.
A special thank you to Mr. Aziz, who handled the situation regarding breakfast exceptionally well. His professional and thoughtful approach made sure that we were happy and comfortable, and we truly appreciated his effort.
We would also like to thank the Duty Manager for the kind and privileged approach regarding our reservation, as well as for the warm smile and genuine hospitality throughout our stay. These small details really make a difference and create a memorable experience.
We are also very grateful for the benefits and facilities available through the sister hotel, which added even more value to our stay.
Finally, a big thank you to all the team members for their kindness, support and hospitality. We truly felt welcomed and appreciated throughout our stay.
We will definitely be back for our next stay, and we sincerely hope to receive the same level of attention, care and special hospitality on our future visits.

We had such a lovely stay at DoubleTree Yas Island! The room was beautiful and comfortable, and we really enjoyed the buffet.

DOUBLE TREE YAS IS ALWAYS A GOOD CHOICE
Atmosphere, location, and cleanliness are all great selling-points of the Hilton Double Tree Yas. WB restaurant staff are extremely personal and professional. My room and the common hallway were kept to a high standard. MAY was, in particular, a standout. She takes her job seriously. My room was kept exceptionally clean and well stocked.
Hospitality and Costumer Service
We have enjoyed our stay at this hotel and have been especially impressed by the professionalism, hospitality, and attention to detail demonstrated by the staff. As a long-term resident, we have come to appreciate the consistent effort made to ensure that the hotel remains clean, comfortable, and welcoming.
The housekeeping and front desk teams have both contributed significantly to our positive experience. Supervisor Nikolas has demonstrated professionalism and dedication in his role within the housekeeping department. May, Betty, Moe, Allyana, Shanavas, Million, Abhiya, May, Yassine, and Khin Chan have consistently welcomed guests warmly and provided helpful assistance with professionalism and care. Their dedication has made our stay more comfortable and enjoyable.
Overall, the hotel provides a pleasant environment, and the staff’s commitment to excellent service is evident. We appreciate the care shown throughout our stay and would be pleased to recommend the hotel to others seeking a comfortable, welcoming, and well-managed place to stay.
