The staff at the Crowne and associated facilities have become family to me. Concierge Binod will go out of his way to insure you are well taken care of. His 16 years work experience in AD ensures all your needs will be met no matter the request. This staff is humble a genuine. I rate them 11 out of 10!

Crowne Plaza Yas Island will be my favourite hotel to stay in every time I'm coming to Abu Dhabi and I will always recommend this hotel to my family, friends and anyone who wants to visit Yas Island. The staff of the hotel are the kindest staff in any hotel I stayed in. I want to thank Mr. Rahul for all his helps and assistance, even when the problem happens in my room, he was there to make me and my family have a good stay. Also after my flight cancellation he tried his best for us in extending our stay. Also, I want to thank the concierge team, Mr Asgar, Gopal, Ashuk, Alix and the others. Best hotel and staff for my best holiday.
