Situated upon Yas Island's idyllic coastline, the 4-star Crowne Plaza Abu Dhabi offers an attractive accommodation bursting with amenities; though the hotel provides a multitude of options to ensure guests are relaxed, its prime position allows visitors to explore the many leisure and entertainment hubs which make this man-made island famous.
For quieter days not exploring Yas Island, guests can enjoy a spacious outdoor lap pool or perhaps work up an appetite within the hotel's well-equipped fitness centre or upon the squash court. If you're feeling hungry, head to the Jing Asia restaurant to sample delicious Asian cuisine from live cooking stations, alternatively head to the Barouk for traditional Lebanese dishes before unwinding with a cocktail at the Stills bar - Abu Dhabi's longest bar.
Yas Island itself offers a multitude of fantastic experiences, from powder-white stretches of idyllic coastlines, exceptional shopping environments particularly at Yas Mall and unique entertainment attractions - culminating in an unforgettable location to enjoy your holiday within.
All 428 rooms provide an attractive haven for guests, with a real emphasis on lightly coloured decor to create a spacious feel - the perfect retreat following a long day exploring the treasures of Yas Island. An outstanding hotel with exceptional service from check-in to check-out. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed, with very comfortable beds. The staff were warm, professional, and always willing to help. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, and the facilities, including the pool were excellent. The location was perfect, close to major attractions while still being peaceful. I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and outstanding hospitality. I can’t wait to come back!

I have stayed at many IHG hotels across the UAE, and I can honestly say that Crowne Plaza Yas Island is one of the best IHG facility in the UAE.
This was our first stay in this hotel with my family, and my wife and I really enjoyed it. From the moment we arrived, everyone made us feel welcomed.
A special thanks to the middle-aged Pakistani porter who helped us with our luggage—he was very friendly, calm, and genuinely helpful and always smiling and very helpful. I would say one of the best porters we have seen so far.
Check-in was very smooth thanks to Ms. Maricar. She was welcoming, professional, and explained everything very clearly. And we would like to thank the hotel for the complimentary upgrade to a Sea View Suite overlooking the golf course and the sea. The view was amazing!
Breakfast at Jing Asia was so good. I would especially like to thank Mr. Lalith. He was always smiling, checking on guests, and making sure everyone was taken care of. He is a real asset to the restaurant.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay. Great service, friendly staff, excellent food, and a beautiful room. We will definitely be coming back. Thank you to the whole Crowne Plaza Yas Island team for making our stay so enjoyable.

I had a wonderful stay at Crowne Plaza Yas Island. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the overall service exceeded my expectations. From check-in to check-out, the team was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help.
I would especially like to recognize Khaled, the Front Office Manager, for his exceptional hospitality and professionalism. He went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and memorable. His attention to detail, prompt assistance, and genuine care for guests truly reflect outstanding customer service. It is always a pleasure to be welcomed by someone who is so dedicated to creating a great guest experience.
Thank you to Khaled and the entire team for making my stay enjoyable. I look forward to returning to Crowne Plaza Yas Island in the future. Highly recommended!
Avoid like the plague. We recently checked into this hotel for a staycation and actually checked ourselves out after one day it was that bad. Let's start with the good things. 1) Cake and staff at the coffee shop is good. 2) The views are good from the sea facing rooms over the golf course. 3) Some staff try hard but are not trained unfortunately (despite them trying their best.) Right now lets move onto the not so good stuff: 1) The hotel is tiny for the occupancy it offers, as it offers tickets included for Yas Attractions occupany is high and that means everything is complete mayhem. You cannot get into the restaurant for breakfast, I witnessed multiple fights amongst children from different families in the restaurant. Sometimes there was a 30 minute queue to get into the restaurant, they only have one small restaurant and everyone goes. 2) All facilities overcrowded , dirty and badly managed - The pool is too small for the size of rooms. This means at times it feels like you are a sardine. The kids club is disgustingly dirty. The mats in the kids club (the ones with the letters , foam ones) were black with mould and generally the place was filthy and facilities old and badly kept. This is extremely rare in Abu Dhabi, if you go to soft plays across Abu Dhabi they are immaculate, much better than other countries. The gym was a similar story. Our room had a left over used chocolate dip biscuit thing about 3 -4 days old just on the floor by the fridge. 3) Lift situation is mental - This hotel has one of the most bizarre lift situations I have ever seen. They have a lift by reception which they have now re-made into a 'service lift' which you cannot go up in, but you can go down in ? Or you can go up in if you are a long term resident but not if you are a normal guest ? If you don't take this lift and stay on the other side of the hotel you will have a 500-600m walk extra to your room. With young children this is genuinely an issue. The only other lifts you can get are the four lifts on the other side. 5) THE VALET/PARKING SITUATION IS ABSOLUTE CARNAGE - In 25 years + of travelling this hotel has one of the worst parking situations I have ever seen for a hotel this busy. I want to give a shout out to the valet person (I forget his name) who was from ghana. He was really trying his best to manage a very difficult situation. At this point I want to talk about my experience with Sachin (Area manager valet.) We brought our car with us as we live in Abu Dhabi, this meant unloading cases , and generally having to deal with the parking day to day. This often resulted in a 15- 20 minute wait to have our car brought up to us. Guests are not encouraged to park. However one incident was the final straw. I took my daughter who is 5 down to reception and asked for the car to be brought up from parking , which took over 15 minutes. When doing this I handed my parking card to Sachin at valet. Normally the card is kept at this point. He insisted on handing it back to me, which is rare. I then had a 15 minute wait with a 5 year old. During that time the card dropped out of my pocket (if anyone has a five year old crawling all over them you will know how this happens.) My car arrived, the parking person acknowledged me. I got in the car and apologised saying that I could not find the card (for a second time.) It was at this point that they refused to give the car key to me until I found the card. I had my five year old with me , it was 45 degrees at this point. Again I apologised and showed them my room key and room number and said please if there is a charge for the key bill my room. Sachin (Area manager valet) at this point said 'No when we lose the key, our boss charges us. Go inside and find the key please.' At this point I pointed to my 5 year old and said 'I have my daughter in the car, its a key card. Bill my room or get the manager to e mail me. The response was ' You e mail the manager.' Things got worse from there. It was at this point that I decided to check out of the hotel and move to a new hotel.
