A great Holiday experience!
We had such a great and smooth experience in this hotel together with my family. From the vallet and security they greeted and assisted us at the very moment as well as upon our check-out, thank you so much. At the reception, Rojina and Omar greeted us with a wonderful smile and pleasant atmosphere, they checked us in with a smooth transition and immediately informed us the availability of our rooms without hesitations. Rooms are very clean and nice with bathtub and accesible balcony for great viewing. Toiletries are well prepared and complete. Together with the towels, bathrob and sleepers. No need to bring your own. Hair dryer and lockers are available also. Room Service was very accomodating and very fast in their service in checking our lights, providing us extra blankets, extra coffee and extra water in an extra mile. Amenities such as swimming pool and bar (we ordered ice pops and vannilla ice cream) are very accessible and child friendly. They have a kiddie pool and adult pool with attentive life guards. With pool chairs/couch/umbrella that are available. Overall it was a great experience for us and will definetly come back over and over again.

Our weekend at Crowne Plaza Yas Island was nothing short of exceptional and easily ranks among the best hotel stays our family has experienced.
We chose the property to celebrate the birthdays of our two boys — our 8-year-old and our 2-year-old — and the team went far beyond our expectations to make the occasion truly memorable.
A very special appreciation for Princess and Vanessa, who helped arrange the birthday cakes, beautiful balloons and the most brilliantly precise character cut-outs for the boys. The attention to detail was outstanding and made the room feel incredibly special. 🎂🎈❤️
I would especially like to recognise Princess for her dedication. Although her shift starts at 10 AM, she made the effort to come in early on Sunday to ensure our room was beautifully prepared and decorated for the boys. That kind of initiative and genuine care is what exceptional hospitality is all about.
Our sincere thanks also go to Meera, Vamshi and Mircar at Reception. They were consistently warm, professional and extremely helpful throughout our stay. Every interaction felt genuine, and they made us feel welcomed and valued as guests.
The property itself is wonderful, but what truly sets a hotel apart is the people behind the experience. The Crowne Plaza Yas Island team created something much more valuable than just a comfortable stay — they helped us create a beautiful family memory that we will cherish.
