Truly Extra Ordinary - Every Staff
Excellent Service as usual. Its a home away from home. Every individual strives to make a difference. Pradhan, Hussein, Afsal, Shubling are amazng as concierge staff. Arju and the other team members are amazing handling front office. Jahangir is higky appreciated for the extra ordinary room service with Biju, making sure every need is well handled. Elvis manages room dining beyond compare.. All in all, its a hotel which I never would miss.

Non-Satisfactory Saty.
I stayed at this hotel for three months, and unfortunately, my experience was not satisfactory. The breakfast menu lacked variety and served almost the same food every day. Additionally, breakfast service was effectively stopped after 9:30 AM, with the explanation that too many people were coming in. During my entire three-month stay, there were no TV channels broadcasting the Football World Cup, which was disappointing. Furthermore, on the 17th floor, guests were required to purchase at least AED 100 worth of food before being allowed to sit there. None of my colleagues who stayed at other hotels faced such restrictions. Based on my experience, I would recommend that my office consider booking a different hotel for future business trips, as I believe the same level of service and treatment is likely to continue.
