Worst experience ever never again
Worst hotel experience ever. Corniche Hotel Abu Dhabi has the worst service I’ve ever encountered in my life. The reception staff are unbelievably rude, unprofessional, and completely disrespectful. When I called to ask for assistance to bring my luggage down, they literally hung up on me. No apology, no help, no basic hospitality.
I have stayed in hotels all over the world—from budget to luxury—and I have never experienced this level of poor attitude and shocking customer service. This place is on another level of bad.
Worst service, worst reception, worst people. Absolutely never again.

Had an amazing stay at Corniche Hotel with a stunning view and excellent service. A very special thank you to Shanika for the beautiful birthday upgrade and treat — it truly made my day extra special 🎉💐. The hospitality was outstanding, and the whole experience felt warm and personal. Highly recommended for both comfort and service! :)
Disappointing Stay
My wife and I stayed for 4 nights at the Hotel Corniche over the F1 weekend. We chose the hotel to have a more 'central' location after staying at the Rixos the previous year. Good if you want access to, and a walk along, the Corniche or perhaps have a wander round or go to the Abu Dhabi Mall. The positives stop there I am afraid. Internally the hotel looks and feels a little 'tired'. Our room, whilst spacious, looked and felt dated. The buffer breakfast was also a big disappointment. We expected it to be busy but it was a little chaotic and the food quality and variety was very disappointing. Overall the hotel is, at best, 3* and very much lacking when compared to other hotels in the area.

The worst experience in check in process Lengthy Slow system 4 people took 15 minutes each in average to be checked in They have 3 desks present and only 2 working. One guy said more than 2 hrs he waited. I think Itis not good choice if you have family and kids as they will be tired from just waiting the miserable experience.

Cleanliness throughout the hotel was flawless, the atmosphere elegant yet welcoming, and the overall feeling during the entire stay was one of comfort, appreciation and true luxury. After many international luxury hotel experiences, the St. Regis Abu Dhabi has become the benchmark for us. It represents the kind of hospitality that others aspire to achieve. We leave with wonderful memories and can recommend this hotel without any hesitation. We are already looking forward to returning.
