The room cleaning officer named Raj was very satisfactory in cleaning the room, polite and friendly.
Overall, everything is good for a hotel of this level.

Excellent Service and a Wonderful Stay
I had a wonderful experience at Copthorne Downtown Abu Dhabi. The hotel was comfortable and well located, but what really stood out was the excellent service. A special thanks to Ms. May at the reception for her kindness, professionalism, and warm welcome. She was very helpful and made my stay even more enjoyable. I truly appreciate her great hospitality and would be happy to visit again.
