Copthorne downtown experience
The location of the hotel is in the main city. The staff was really very helpful, humble and cooperative. Asan took good care of the room every day as i stayed here for about 2 weeks. Highly recommended for business trips.

I had a wonderful stay at Copthorne Downtown Abu Dhabi. The hotel location is very convenient, with easy access to nearby shops, restaurants, and city attractions. The atmosphere was comfortable and relaxing, and the staff were professional, friendly, and welcoming.
The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. Housekeeping service was excellent, and special thanks to Room Boy Azan for his outstanding service, polite behavior, and attention to detail. He always ensured the room was spotless and made my stay more comfortable.
The hotel offers good value for money with quality service, clean facilities, and helpful staff. The noise level was comfortable, allowing for a peaceful stay. I highly appreciate the hospitality and would definitely recommend Copthorne Downtown Abu Dhabi. I look forward to staying here again.

Copthorne Downtown Hotel Experience
This was our 5th time staying in Copthorne Downtown Hotel. The staffs are very accommodating, especially Mr. Allan from the concierge. He was the one helping us ever since our first stay. The room is also spacious with affordable price and overall, it was a great experience in this hotel.
