Mr. Asan is very friendly. He cleans the room thoroughly, and it is always clean and tidy. He is also polite and respectful.

Overall, our experience was very good. From the front office to the housekeeping team, the service was excellent.
A special appreciation to Mr. Asan from the housekeeping team for maintaining the room exceptionally well. His cleaning was thorough, and his attention to detail was highly appreciated.
The only area for improvement is the breakfast. The menu appears to be the same every day, with very little variation. It would be great if more South Indian breakfast items could be included to provide greater variety for guests.

We were allocated a spacious, clean room with every anticipated amenity. We had neglected to bring certain items with us which the domestic team sourced for us and delivered to the room. Brilliant service. Indeed, the staff were uniformly excellent: amiable, informative and professional. For instance, Mohammed hailed us a taxi for departure, chatting knowledgeably and reassuringly throughout. I cite this merely as an example. All our interactions with hotel staff were exceptional. Copthorne Downtown Hotel Experience
This was our 5th time staying in Copthorne Downtown Hotel. The staffs are very accommodating, especially Mr. Allan from the concierge. He was the one helping us ever since our first stay. The room is also spacious with affordable price and overall, it was a great experience in this hotel.
Excellent Stay with Outstanding Service.
I had a wonderful stay at Copthorne Downtown Abu Dhabi. The hotel location is very convenient, with easy access to nearby shops, restaurants, and city attractions. The atmosphere was comfortable and relaxing, and the staff were professional, friendly, and welcoming.
The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. Housekeeping service was excellent, and special thanks to Room Boy Azan for his outstanding service, polite behavior, and attention to detail. He always ensured the room was spotless and made my stay more comfortable.
The hotel offers good value for money with quality service, clean facilities, and helpful staff. The noise level was comfortable, allowing for a peaceful stay. I highly appreciate the hospitality and would definitely recommend Copthorne Downtown Abu Dhabi. I look forward to staying here again.
