Family Birthday/Bonding
We had another wonderful family staycation while celebrating a birthday! The facilities were excellent, especially the pool, which made our stay even more enjoyable and memorable. Everyone had a fantastic time relaxing, swimming, and celebrating together. It was truly a fun and refreshing experience for the whole family. We would definitely love to come back!

Disappointing Service and Zero Flexibility
I was very disappointed with the service. When I politely asked for a late checkout, the staff were rude and dismissive and refused the request without offering any flexibility or alternative. I completely understand that late checkout is subject to availability, but the way the request was handled was unnecessarily unpleasant and unprofessional.
Unfortunately, the attitude and lack of customer service left a very negative impression and overshadowed my stay. Based on this experience, I would not choose to stay here again.
Best service ever
Without a doubt, this is the best service I have ever received at a luxury hotel—from the most personal touches to the housekeeping. From the moment we arrived, everyone knew my name and addressed me by it; it is a truly unique experience. The facilities offer nothing but luxury and comfort. I will definitely return whenever I can.
