One of the Best Hotels in the City!
I had a fantastic stay at City Seasons Hotel and honestly, it is one of the best hotels I have experienced. The customer service was excellent from start to finish.
A special thank you to Femi, who provided outstanding service throughout our stay. He was always calm, helpful, and welcoming, with a beautiful smile every time. He assisted us from 10 AM to 10 PM, and his professionalism and positive attitude really made our experience special.
The rooms are very clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the bathroom was also fantastic. Everything was well maintained and made us feel very comfortable during our stay.
And if you are planning to book, please don’t forget to add breakfast! The breakfast was fantastic, with a great selection of food and plenty of choices. It was definitely one of the highlights of our stay.
I would also like to thank Lean, who kindly assisted us during check-out and made the process smooth and pleasant.
I will definitely choose City Seasons Hotel again. A big thank you to the entire team for the wonderful hospitality. Highly recommended! ❤️👏

Great Service, Comfortable Room, and Friendly Staff
We stayed at City Seasons Hotel for our friend’s wedding and spent 4 days and 3 nights in Room 1204. At first, I was a little worried because we had stayed at other hotels in Abu Dhabi before and unfortunately experienced less-than-good service. But I was completely wrong to worry! City Seasons Hotel is definitely one of the best hotels we have stayed at in Abu Dhabi. From the moment we arrived, the reception staff were very accommodating, friendly, and helpful, specially Ms. Lean. The room was clean and comfortable, and the room service was also excellent. Even the amenities and small details provided through room service were well taken care of. Everything was convenient and made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Thank you to the entire City Seasons Hotel team for making our stay such a pleasant experience. We truly appreciate the great service and hospitality. We will definitely consider staying here again whenever we are in Abu Dhabi! ❤️
