I had a wonderful stay at beach Rotana residences, and I would like to sincerely thank Mr. Mousa Abdullah, the Front Office Manager, for his great support and cooperation throughout my check-in and check-out. His professionalism and willingness to assist made the whole process smooth and pleasant.
A special thanks as well to the entire Reception Team, especially Ms. Hanah and Ms. Nicolin, for their quick assistance, professionalism, and excellent service throughout my stay.
I would also like to thank the Housekeeping Department, especially Ms. Chija, for her high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and dedication to her work. The room was always perfectly maintained, and her effort was truly appreciated.
Overall, I had an excellent experience at Rotana, thanks to the outstanding team and their commitment to providing great service. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying again.

Stay worthy!
Hannah at reception was wonderful, our room at the residence was stunning and the view was fantastic. We had a lovely time. Definitely worth it and can’t wait to come back.

Beach RR is part of a huge complex with a dozen restaurants, spa, two beaches, two gyms. Everything is decent quality and staff are great. Shout out to Durba who works in the Al Yasmine cafe. Everyone makes nice coffee at Al Yasmine, but despite using the same equipment and same coffee, Durba’s is somehow always the best!
4th visit
Our 4th time back at this absolute gem of place, supposed to have been a party of 11 people, all family members. But due to current circumstances, It was just my wife and I this time. From the time we checked in, to the time we checked out, we cannot fault this hotel. Made to feel welcomed back by all of the staff, some I have to mention in particular, Manoj, Joesph, Roman, Robin, at the poolside bar, who worked tirelessly in hot conditions always smiling, polite, and friendly. Thankyou guys. Then Sunil and the poolside team who were very helpful with the sunbeds every morning, and Harddi the life guard who was very polite and knowledgeable, helpful. And of course Mo, who came to check on us, to make sure we were having a lovely time, talk about attention to detail, these guys have it in abundance, a great asset to the hotel. Also at the bars and restaurants, we had a fantastic time, the team at pregos was amazing, and good to see Mamun again at Indigo, and also great to see Navin flourishing in his new role too at Indigo, and also at Brauhaus. Good to see Precious again too at Brauhaus, with Shazia all doing a tremendous job. Only one change I'd personally like to see at the hotel would be to change the cider from somersby to Strongbow original, and a dark beer added to the list on the dine around package. We were blessed to meet up with guests we met previously at the hotel, and made some new friends also, who will be all coming back next year. Keep up the good work, and see you all next year.
