Wonderful stay with exceptional hospitality
Wonderful stay at Aandaz! Ms. Ruth gave us a very warm welcome at check-in and kindly arranged a late checkout until 3 PM, which we really appreciated. Mr. Frew thoughtfully upgraded us to a beautiful and spacious suite with a lovely view. The team handled everything smoothly, breakfast had a great variety, and overall the stay was comfortable and memorable. Looking forward to coming back again!

Excellent Stay!
Excellent experience! Amazing staff from Ru at the reception to Khange in the restaurant. Lovely room. Beautiful pool. Amazing breakfast. Great vibe. Will recommend and come again!

Convenient Stay
the location business wise was good, in spite it is far from the min daily requirements, such as restaurants and supermarkets. Staff friendly and helpful, room service was good, breakfast variety was excellent. One issue I did not like that, I paid for late check out till 6pm, and surprised that they did not provide anything such as cleaning room,, even have noticed hotel was not busy at all on my departure day.

The definition of perfect hospitality
Our entire stay was nothing short of spectacular. However, what truly elevated our holiday from great to absolutely unforgettable was the extraordinary team of professionals working here. We have traveled extensively, but the level of genuine care, attention to detail, and heartfelt hospitality we experienced at Andaz is truly on another level.
There are a few wonderful individuals who went completely above and beyond their duties to make our time here magical, and we want to express our deepest gratitude to them: Luiza (Assistant Restaurant Manager): Luiza is an absolute gem and a true asset to the hotel! Her professionalism is matched only by her incredible kindness. She paid so much attention to our preferences and went completely out of her way to execute a very special request for us. Khadija (from the restaurant team): our flight was scheduled very early in the morning, meaning we were going to completely miss the wonderful hotel breakfast.She thoughtfully and carefully prepared a generous breakfast box for us to take away to the airport. Moin (from the downstairs): Moin was the face of hospitality from the ground up! Every single time we walked through the lower lobby, he was there with the most brilliant, welcoming smile and an incredibly polite attitude.
Thank you all so much for your outstanding dedication, your kindness, and your beautiful energy. You made our trip perfect!
