Great Value Stay but a few things worth noting
Great value stay but a few things worth knowing - Al Ain Palace Hotel
We stayed at Al Ain Palace Hotel for two weeks and overall it was great value for the price. A few things worth knowing before you book though.
Our room didn't have a window you could actually see out of or open, and the shower was extremely small - not sure if this is the same across all rooms, but worth checking when you book if that's important to you. On the plus side, housekeeping was great throughout our stay.
The hotel shares a pool with Le Royal Meridien next door, which is a really great size. The downside is we were woken early most mornings around 7.30am by a leaf blower being used by Le Royal Meridien staff - according to Al Ain staff this is unavoidable, so just something to be aware of, especially if like us you are not early risers.
The sauna, steam room, jacuzzi and plunge pool were all awesome and a real highlight of the stay. Worth noting these facilities are mixed use, which didn't matter to us at all, though the women-only sauna was out of order during our visit.
The location is awesome - it's easily walkable to a number of parks, shops and restaurants, and there are at least 3 restaurants on site too, which was really handy. The public beach is about a 30 minute walk away, or just a 2 minute drive, which is definitely the better option in this heat!
One area for improvement was how noise complaints were handled - we had noisy neighbours on two separate occasions, and rather than addressing the guests directly, the hotel's solution both times was to move someone. The first time (at midnight) they moved us, and the second time they moved the noisy neighbours instead.
Overall a good value stay with a great location and lovely facilities, just a few quirks to be aware of.

Excellent stay!
Great stay! The food was delicious, especially Kuya Juan if you're craving Filipino food. Our room was clean, comfortable and peace/ quiet place to stay. And the housekeeping team did an excellent job—even the hallways smelled fresh. The location was near in fastfood and beach! Also I like the atmosphere, feels like very tradional and not crowded! The service was outstanding, especially Ms. Jane Barbuco, who assisted us from check-in until our last day. She was very pleasant, welcoming, and always had such positive energy. Highly recommended!
MEMORABLE STAYING WILL HIGHLY RECOMMEND
Going in Abu Dhabi first time? Looking for affordable and nice accommodation, good food and very accommodating service? Highly recommend this hotel, Al ain Palace. We have nice room, very aesthetic and very quiet which help us to have a good rest while staying. Room service is the best in terms of cleaning and accommodating specially their receptionist, Ms. Jane Barbuco she help us all throughout the process until our last stay. And she have a good smile
Excellent Stay with Outstanding Housekeeping Service
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The rooms and corridors were exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable.
A special thanks to Mr. Sohail from the Housekeeping Department for his outstanding service. He is dedicated, professional, and ensures the rooms are always spotless and well-organized. His attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction truly made my stay even more enjoyable.
The hotel facilities, including the gym, jacuzzi, and plunge pool, were also clean and well-maintained. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay. I look forward to visiting again
