Great overall experience
It was a fantastic experience, great place , nice environment, delicious food and very humble staff. I must mention Ritu in the Saffron restaurant who does her best in serving the guests.
Good service and friendly staff
The service was excellent! The staff were very friendly, attentive, and welcoming throughout our visit. Our orders were served promptly, and the team made sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. Overall, a great dining experience thanks to the wonderful service. Wonderful Stay, but Wi-Fi Needs Major Improvement
It was a wonderful and enjoyable experience overall. The resort has a quiet and relaxing environment, beautiful views, and elegant room décor. The hotel also demonstrates a high level of professionalism, and the overall atmosphere was very comfortable.
A special thanks to the housekeeping staff member (Rafi) 🤍 who assisted me. He was very professional, cooperative, and extremely polite, and I truly appreciated his help.
However, the Wi-Fi was very, very poor and was one of the biggest drawbacks of my stay. The connection was extremely weak and unreliable, which made it difficult to use the internet properly. This is definitely an area that needs significant improvement.
Another area that could be improved is the internal connectivity within the resort. The distance between the reception and some of the rooms is quite long, which can be inconvenient when an issue occurs. For example, I had a problem with my room key, and it took more than 35 minutes to resolve the issue and provide me with a working key.
Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and enjoyed the peaceful environment, beautiful views, and room design. With improvements to the Wi-Fi and the internal transportation/connectivity, the experience could be significantly better.
