We celebrated our wedding anniversary in the restaurant and it was a beautiful and wonderful experience thanks to Nia and ajay chef I will repeat the experiment. Definitely and recommend it The restaurant is clean and classy and the food is very tasty and the prices are reasonable

First experience of Oman
A very good hotel! The staff is very friendly and ready to help with any question. On the day of check‑in, the room wasn’t the freshest, but it was promptly changed (and several options were offered). The food is quite varied and tasty — it didn’t get boring during the 8‑day stay! Special thanks to the manager Osama (he helped resolve a lot of issues), as well as to the cleaning representative Rafi (for the high‑quality room cleaning and responsiveness). The only thing that was unlucky was the weather (it's cloudy and rainy in the first half of September), but the hotel has nothing to do with it)) P.S. You can add a little animation, at least for children.

Everything was excellent. The room was very clean and well maintained. A special thanks to Saikat from housekeeping, who did a great job cleaning the room. He was also very helpful, polite, and attentive to our needs. His excellent service made our stay even more pleasant. Highly recommended!
Wonderful Family Stay at Salalah Rotana Resort
We had a wonderful and relaxing family stay at Salalah Rotana Resort. The resort is beautiful, spacious and very well maintained. We especially enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere, the pools, the lovely surroundings and the friendliness of the staff. A special thank you to Monir from Housekeeping, who took excellent care of our room throughout our stay. Everything was always spotlessly clean, tidy and very well organized. His attention to detail and great service really contributed to making our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you Monir! Overall we felt very comfortable and welcome throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend Salalah Rotana Resort to families looking for a relaxing holiday, a beautiful resort, and excellent service in Salalah. We would happily stay here again!

Outstanding Family Stay – Exceptional Service and Wonderful Staff
We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Salalah Rotana Resort with our family. The resort is beautiful, peaceful, very well maintained, and offers a fantastic atmosphere for families. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and well taken care of. What really made our experience special was the exceptional service from the staff. Everyone was professional, friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile. We would especially like to thank Slimani, Moetaz, and Abdelly from the restaurant for their excellent service, kindness, and attention throughout our stay. They made every dining experience more enjoyable and always made us feel welcome. A very special thank you also goes to Sahbi from Reservations, who was extremely helpful, professional, and supportive with our reservation and requests. And a huge thank you to Refka from the Kids Club for being so kind, caring, and wonderful with the children. Our kids really enjoyed their time there, and her warm personality made the experience even more special for our family. We would also like to thank the room service team for their prompt, professional, and friendly service, and the valet personnel for always being helpful, efficient, and welcoming every time we arrived or left the resort. It is the dedication of team members like Slimani, Moetaz, Abdelly, Sahbi, Refka, the room service team, and the valet personnel that turns a good holiday into a truly unforgettable experience. We are leaving with beautiful memories and would definitely recommend Salalah Rotana Resort to anyone visiting Salalah, especially families.
