A Relaxing Waterfront Escape in Salalah
We had a lovely time at Hilton Salalah Resort, a beautiful, sprawling property located right on the waterfront in Salalah. What I really liked was the feeling you get the moment you walk in. The lobby is done beautifully in white, and there is something about the whole space that instantly puts you at ease.
The resort has 147 rooms, starting from the more basic categories, which come with French windows rather than balconies, going all the way up to spacious suites. The property is quite large, with beautifully laid-out spaces, lovely pools and plenty of room to just relax and enjoy the surroundings.
There are several dining options here as well. Al Maha, their main buffet restaurant, is a huge space with a lovely eclectic vibe and both indoor and outdoor seating. It has a very relaxed atmosphere and a good variety of food.
We also had lunch at Palm Grove Beach Kitchen, which serves international cuisine. It is a lovely setting for a leisurely lunch, especially with the resort's waterfront location adding to the experience.
And then, for the evenings, there is Whispers Nightclub, which has a completely different energy. The space is colourful, psychedelic and quite cool, with indoor and outdoor seating, shisha and a live DJ every weekend. It is definitely the place to head to if you want to enjoy a more lively evening.
The hospitality, as you would expect from Hilton, was warm and attentive throughout. There is a very easy, relaxed quality to the entire property that makes you feel comfortable from the moment you arrive.
So, if you are in Salalah, I would definitely recommend dropping by Hilton for a meal, drinks or an evening at Whispers. And if you have the time, staying here and experiencing the resort itself would be even better. It is a lovely combination of waterfront views, good dining, beautiful pools and that relaxed Salalah vibe.

Wonderful place to unwind
As a regular guest for over 16 years, I always enjoy coming back. The staff are so friendly, welcoming and attentive, making every visit feels special. The relaxed atmosphere and beautiful location make it a wonderful place to unwind.
The real platinum experience.
Great customer service. This has clean, maintained and modern facilities with an Arabian twist. Yes you're near the harbour but that adds to the people watching and asthetic. The room service is fast and food is fresh.
