The description of the room on the app is incorrect. We were 4 people and booked deluxe villa assuming 4 rooms as per the description. But when we reached it was more like a dormitory.

Secondly, when we asked them to give us lower category seperate rooms, first they said everything is sold out despite the whole property being vacant. When we showed them that rooms are available on all travel apps then they asked for additional charges despite price being lower vs the villa on mmt.

when we asked them to cancel they said we will not do it.

Out of options, and being late night we paid for the rooms, then one of the rooms' lock was not working. Looked like very ill maintained property with zero hospitality and professionalism.

very average food and poor breakfast buffet.

all in all highly disappointing and negative experience. will advise to skip this one and book somewhere else where its safe and hospitality is better

Very good service, neat rooms, friendly staffs and enjoyed the food. Location is very good and please don’t miss the boating.

Overall experiences was soothing and excellent but still I wanted to give these feedbacks for correctives and safety - every boat trip Hotel must ensure through a Trained SAFETY OFFICER, liqour test and Uniform and other tests

1. No feedback forms or link provided even during or after check out
2. Hotel provided boats (need basis), life jacket was not in good condition even after seeing so much incidents, no difference feeling compared to direct booking just felt they called the local non standard operators, both a) Paid Poovar Mangrove boat and b) free Shuttle boat

3. Kids life jackets was not proper and not useable condition

4)Boat drivers/ operators not wearing jaketes or uniforms 5) Boat drivers language was not good 6) Rest room bath glass door was not fixed or not closing 7) Corridor always filled with sanitation trolly, used beds 8) Reception decor a/c , welcome drinks are great but the Staffs are either occupied or rush (we stayed in weekend) shown or missed few welcome items for selective guests 9) They were not able to sell the rooms in sharp and quick manner , walked twice to see the room before booking may be battery car could be used they did not provided and missed the the inspected room that was disappointment 10) TV unit was not ready to operate even after dailed '9' it was worked for a day then went off 11) Swimming pool rules or dress information not provided at the beginning or in the guest instruction form 12) ROOM selection - not asked the price range and not shown even digitally all the room types ( especially who syats in this hotel for the first time) 13) Open Restaurant roof not cleaned almost all lights inside webs and dirt during night easily visbile , birds should be avoided 14) Quiet sleep experiences is good, AC is excellent 15) Room service not picked and provided 6 am Refreshment over the call 16) Felt less staffs or over loaded can see through their responses and posture
