This place truly feels like heaven on earth—beautiful beyond imagination. Every corner of the property is breathtaking, making it an unforgettable experience.
The staff is exceptionally courteous and goes above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. A special mention to the reception team, who genuinely tried their best to provide us with the best option possible and made us feel welcome from the very beginning.
A special mention to Mr. Kavi, who is amazing at clicking pictures. Thanks to him, you’ll return home with beautiful memories captured on your phone.
The restaurant staff surprised us with a heartfelt “See You Again” message beautifully decorated on a plate, along with a small cake. It was such a warm and thoughtful gesture that made us feel truly special.
The housekeeping team was equally wonderful, checking in multiple times to ensure we had everything we needed.
We stayed in the Heritage Pool Villa, and it was one of the most memorable stays we’ve ever had. The location is stunning, and there are plenty of in-house activities to keep you engaged throughout your stay.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for a luxurious, peaceful, and truly memorable getaway. We can’t wait to visit again!
Where back waters meet lush Green. A memorable Kerala experience
This was one of our best stays ever. Have been wanting to do a Kerala trip for so long and we couldn’t have chosen a better place. The service, the scenery, the food everything was impeccable and a true rich cultural experience. We thoroughly enjoyed the pottery session with Mr Arun. It was such a great family activity and truly appreciate his talent and his patience. Highly recommend. Also a special shout out to Ms Ancy, Mr Bejoy and Sushma (Vembanad restaurant) for their hospitality and for taking such good care of us. A special shout out to the chef also cos the food was by far the best in Kerala cuisine we have ever experienced. Can’t wait to come back again.
