Hotel of excellence.
Beautiful location and extremely clean. The staff were absolutely outstanding in every respect. Very kind and accommodating. Manisha, Vijay and Shaheen dealt with our every need. They were exceptional. The rooms were also beautiful and cleaned each day. The staff at the well being centre were also helpful and provided an exceptional service. The views from our room were breathtaking. This hotel is in close proximity to all the amenities including the Lulu Mall. I can’t recommend this hotel enough and wanted to stay longer if I had the time. Superb!!!
Good stay
Stay was good. Prefer upper floors if you have opted for beach view rooms. Overall, it was a good stay.
Good homely experience
It was a good stay overall. Only the beach a little far from the hotel. Staff is very good and corporative. Mr Rajesh and Ms Tiny made us feel very comfortable.
Experience at the Grand Gokulam hotel in Kerala.
Absolutely wonderful experience at the Grand Gokulam hotel. The staff in the restaurant/reception from the floor were extremely exceptional. They will go beyond in looking after you and making your staff comfortable as possible. My mum was ill and they got the Ayurvedic doctor to see her and then staff supported her needs. I want to thank you all the young staff especially Shanin, Manisha, Vijay and I can’t remember to other staff but they were in the morning and afternoon evening restaurant both male regular staff. The managers were also so nice and helped in every way plus the cleaner. The Grand Gokulum hotel should be extremely proud of their staff and for their training they have given their staff.
In all my years of going holidays for the last 30 years, I have never experienced such kindness and care from the staff. It is my first time visit it kerala and one I will never forget! Smiles on the staff every time you are greeted by them. Staff are too kind and show so much respect. If anyone would like to visit Kerala, they should go to this 5 star hotel as it’s next to the beach and it has a beautiful scenery from your room, looking towards the beachfront and swimming pool. You will not be disappointed with your stay as it has been a memorable one for me and my family and especially as it was my 50th birthday! I wish I had another week there but as it was booked with an itinerary so I only got 3 days to experience it.
