Good Hotel, overall.
The stay was absolutely comfortable. Big rooms, good swimming pool, and restaurant. Rajesh and his assistant Aswathi were very helpful too.
Calm and relaxing beach view stay
Sea views from the hotel premises are really beautiful. One can just walk to nearby beaches (Kovalam and lighthouse). Property is easily accessible from main road. Staff is very courteous and professional. Loved the food also, they have good assortments both in buffet and a la carte - prices are also very reasonable. Evening tea is very nice with couple of snacks (Samosas, Banana fritters, tea cake etc). Hotel gave us an upgrade from arabian view room to signature suite - which was quite lovely. Only few things - property might feel a little old however they maintain good cleanliness. Also for room service we had to call twice to get the request fulfilled otherwise we had a beautiful overall stay.

We had a very pleasant experience at this hotel and were completely satisfied with the service. The customer support was excellent, and a special thanks to Ashwathy for her warm hospitality, Rajesh helped in coordinating poovar outing ,friendly reception, and caring attitude. The food was also awesome and delicious!
Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we truly appreciate the hospitality and service provided by the entire team. Highly recommended! 😊👏
