Rooms offer a choice of outstanding views. Garden view cottages are set on the hillside, with balconies offering awe-inspiring panoramic views over the wide expanse of the lush green garden. While Seaview Rooms in the hotel itself also provide a balcony for sitting out and gazing out over the perfect sea. One of the Best Buffet Experiences Ever
We had dinner at Taj Green Cove Resort & Spa, Kovalam, and it was an amazing experience. The food was absolutely mouth-watering—every bite was full of flavor. The buffet spread was huge, with an incredible variety of dishes to choose from.
What impressed us the most was the personal attention from the chefs. The chefs themselves came to our table, asked about our preferences, and even offered to prepare dishes according to our taste. This level of hospitality made our dining experience truly special.
A special thanks to Chef Harish Rawat, Chef Dipak Chhetri, Chef Man Singh, Chef Migmar, Chef Prasant, and Jinsha for their exceptional food and warm hospitality. We had a wonderful time and look forward to visiting again.

Beautiful locale, hospitable staff...
My wife, kid and I had a wonderful stay at Taj Garden Cove Kovalam. The location is very scenic right next to the sea and with a lagoon within the property. The restaurant staff led by Chef Harish Rawat were very hospitable and attentive, and made our stay memorable!

Good food and hospitality! Enjoyed my weekend with family ..
We recently spent a weekend at Taj Green Cove and, overall, had a wonderful family experience, especially with our 6-month-old baby.
A special mention goes to Chef Harish Rawat, who truly made our stay memorable. Every course he prepared was delicious, thoughtfully crafted, and full of flavor. His attention to detail and willingness to accommodate our preferences made every meal something to look forward to.
I'd also like to appreciate Adwaith for his exceptional hospitality. He was warm, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile, making us feel genuinely welcomed throughout our stay.
That said, there were a few management and maintenance issues that deserve attention. The bicycles provided were in a very poor and unsafe condition, with ineffective brakes and rusted frames, making them unsuitable and potentially dangerous, especially for families with children. We also felt that certain parts of the property could benefit from better upkeep and maintenance to match the high standards associated with the Taj brand.
Despite these concerns, the outstanding service from Chef Harish Rawat, Adwaith, and the rest of the staff made our stay enjoyable. We left with fond memories and hope the management addresses these maintenance issues so the overall experience can truly reflect the excellent hospitality offered by the team.
