Our stay at Niraamaya was everything we had hoped for—a perfect combination of a relaxing family holiday and a truly rejuvenating Ayurvedic wellness experience.

Nestled amidst lush greenery with the beach just steps away, the resort offers a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. It was the ideal place for our family to unwind, reconnect, and create beautiful memories together.

The Ayurvedic treatments were exceptional. A heartfelt thanks to Dr. Lekshmi for her thoughtful guidance and personalized treatment plan, which made a real difference to our wellness journey. We are also incredibly grateful to our therapist, Sibin, whose professionalism, skill, and caring approach made every therapy session deeply relaxing and restorative.

A very special appreciation goes to Anand, the Operations Manager, whose personal care and attention to every detail made us feel truly valued. His warmth, genuine concern for our comfort, and commitment to ensuring we had the best possible experience were remarkable and added a personal touch that made our stay even more memorable.

The entire staff was exceptionally friendly, courteous, and always ready to help with a smile. Their hospitality made us feel at home from the moment we arrived.

The healthy and delicious food, serene surroundings, and authentic Ayurvedic treatments left us feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and completely de-stressed. We returned home with wonderful family memories and a renewed sense of well-being.

Waking up to the gorgeous ocean views and the constant sound of the waves was incredibly calming and one of the highlights of our stay. The Ayurvedic wellness experience was exceptional. A heartfelt thank you to Dr. Ajay and Dr. Lakshmi, whose expertise, patience, and personalized guidance made all the difference. They took the time to understand our concerns and recommended treatments that were both thoughtful and effective. The therapies themselves were deeply relaxing and left us feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. A special mention to Karthika, the yoga and meditation instructor. Her sessions were peaceful, engaging, and perfectly complemented the wellness experience. She created a wonderful environment that helped us truly unwind. The restaurant team also deserves immense appreciation. Chef Umesh went above and beyond to accommodate all our requests with care and attention, making every meal enjoyable. Mr. Swami and his team, especially Samson, Sarin, and Chinchu, were always warm, courteous, and attentive, providing consistently excellent service. Housekeeping was equally commendable, and Geetha ensured our room was always spotless and comfortable. Finally, a big thank you to the "monkey man" (whose name I unfortunately don't know!) for being incredibly prompt and efficient whenever his services were needed. His quick response was much appreciated and added to the sense of care and attentiveness throughout the property. Every member of the team contributed to making our stay special. Location beautiful, atmosphere serene , cottages very nice just the open air bathrooms were a bit scary bcos of insects/ lizards … if u could put glass all around covering the shower, basin & pot area would be perfect
