An Amazing and Memorable Stay at Niraamaya Wellness Retreats, Kovalam

My wife and I had an absolutely amazing time at Niraamaya Wellness Retreats in Kovalam, Kerala. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel welcome, cared for and truly looked after. The resort itself is beautiful and peaceful. Although there is a new port being developed on one side of the resort, this did not take away from the wonderful experience we had during our stay. The wellness treatments were absolutely wonderful. We had the pleasure of being treated by Hina and Sham, and we also had consultations with Dr. Lekhshmi both before and during our stay. All three were incredibly caring, polite, positive and professional. Their warmth and genuine concern made the treatments and our overall wellness experience even more special. The choice and quality of food was also excellent, with plenty of variety and everything we tasted being delicious. The restaurant hospitality team — Branchit, Pooja, Sherry and Swami — were exceptional. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and their friendly and attentive service made every meal a pleasure. There were also some particularly memorable personal touches. I celebrated my birthday during our stay, and the team organised a lovely cake-cutting celebration for me. On our final meal, they surprised us with a wonderful Bon Voyage cake, which was such a thoughtful way to end our stay. We also had the opportunity to take part in a one-hour cooking masterclass with the chef Rudresh and two team members ( sorry we can’t recall their names ) It was great fun and another experience that added to the many happy memories we created. Our time at Niraamaya was so much more than simply a holiday. It was a time to relax, recharge, enjoy wonderful treatments and food, and experience genuine Kerala hospitality. Niraamaya Retreats resort team made this trip the BEST! Let me start with Pranati who had always been on call with us even though she wasn’t physically available at the resort. She was the backbone of the entire trip and managing things seamlessly. She was polite, supportive and delivered BEST! Thereafter, Surya from the front desk, she spoke to me more than their family during the 4-day trip trying to understand our requirement and always wanting to have the BEST experience! Next to the list is Swamy, he heard our requests with so much patience and had managed our delay in joining dinner. We made him work for more than 14 hour a day due to our early morning requests and late night requests, but he had always delivered yummilicious food all time. He had extended support beyond Food & Beverages which made him a SUPERSTAR! Dr. Ajay, Chefs, front desk team, In-room service team, F&B team, and everyone from this resort had made our trip memorable. Last but not least, the RESORT itself! You’re such a beauty and nature-full, we can’t wait to come back next time just to indulge in the experience which we wish to re-create.
