And when night falls and you retreat to your room, you'll find accommodation that is spacious and comfortable. All guestrooms and cottages have air conditioning to ensure a comfortable night's sleep. You'll also find an en suite bathroom and a private veranda or balcony – the perfect place to breathe in the fresh air and perhaps sip a cool refreshing drink whilst you contemplate the days ahead. Rooms are all well equipped with a hairdryer, fridge, telephone, TV, two complimentary bottles of water per day, tea and coffee making facilities and Wi-Fi (at a fee).

Hotel set in beautiful gardens.
Great hotel, set in fabulous gardens, with lovely swimming pool, good rooms with super king sized beds, fridge, WiFi and a modern shower room. There was also a veranda to sit on. A lovely place to relax. Lovely restaurant with a good menu at a good price. George and his team took great care of us in the restaurant. All the staff are great and very helpful. Special thanks to Santhosh, the manager. We will be back.

Thank you for a wonderful and high quality stay in beautiful Abad Harmonia Ayurveda Beach Resort. We've ( a group of 12) had a lovely experience, Sir Manjes H. at the reception and the staff were very friendly and helpful, the food was excellent, the rooms were well equipped, the Ayurvedic treatments were great and soothing and the environment idyllic. Warm hospitality and a pleasant atmosphere
I had the pleasure of staying at Abad Harmonia in March, and I was also fortunate to experience the Ayurveda offerings at “AYUR on the Beach.”
From the very first moment, I felt truly welcomed and well taken care of. The entire team – from management to every single staff member – showed exceptional kindness, attentiveness, and genuine care. Every small request was handled with great warmth and professionalism, which made my stay very comfortable and memorable.
I would especially like to appreciate the peaceful atmosphere and the well-organized structure of both places, which allowed me to relax deeply and feel completely at ease. The overall experience reflects a very good balance of quality and value.
I was also visiting with a professional intention, to explore the place for potential future cooperation. It gives me great joy to say that, based on my experience, I can very well imagine collaborating with “AYUR on the Beach” in the future, as I felt truly supported and welcomed there.
I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the entire team and can wholeheartedly recommend both Abad Harmonia and “AYUR on the Beach.” I am already looking forward to coming back again.

Perfect Stay
Great resort with clean rooms, and very friendly staff. Peaceful atmosphere and excellent service. Highly recommended! Food is ok, can be improved. So 1 star less for it.

Quiet, relaxing time guaranteed
We were a group of 3 and stayed at one of the cottages. The resort is well contained with pool, indoor games, wellness centre and a travel desk one phone call away. Walking distance to a quiet beach, backwaters. Breakfast and service was good. Staff were very attentive and responsive. There is nothing near by i.e walking distance other than the Chowara beach, but it worked for us as we wanted a quiet time. Kovalam beach is a 20 min walk. I especially liked how easy it was to get great quality massage, Selvi seems to know a lot about each offering. Room service was reasonably priced, great taste and super quick delicery
