Fantastic!
My parents, my daughter and I stayed in two rooms last week. We had a great time. From pre-arrival to departure and everything in between was top notch. Kanwaljit assisted with initial room type changes as I had mis-booked the category for one of the rooms. Check in was smooth. Rooms are well appointed, clean and mixes Kerala heritage with modern fixtures and decor. Very well done. Ms Elizabeth Mookken was always available to assist and provided an excellent guided boat tour in the evening. Food at the sea food restaurant was amazing. The restaurant manager for the property was very knowledgeable and professional. We enjoyed the spa treatments. Areas for improvement - the breakfast is below par for a resort of this quality, compared to Marriott and Hyatt in Kochi. The high tea should be included in the cost of the stay.

An unforgettable experience.
Some experiences stay with you forever, and this was truly one of them. From the heartfelt welcome we received to the genuine warmth and kindness shown throughout our stay, every moment made us feel valued and cared for. We had checked in for one night with our grandchildren to give them a good time, but we were overwhelmed with all the love and affection we received throughout our stay. The room was the best and the view was spectacular. The hospitality was exceptional, the service was flawless, and every meal was a delightful experience. Every person in this hotel is special and Taj Malabar will always be the benchmark for hospitality and experiences for us. Thank you.

A Perfect Stay at Taj Malabar, Cochin
"I recently stayed at the Taj Malabar, Cochin, from June 13th to 14th to celebrate my son’s birthday, and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel is excellent, and the service was top-notch throughout our stay.
I want to extend a very special thank you to Ms. Shubangi from the reservations team. She was incredibly helpful and truly went above and beyond to make our day special. She kindly arranged a Sea View sunset room for us and even organized a cake as a surprise, which my son absolutely loved. Her attention to detail and hospitality made our celebration memorable.
Thank you, Shubangi, for your warmth and assistance. We had a fantastic time and are already looking forward to visiting again!"
