Pleasant stay at Le Meridien, kochi
It's my first ever trip to kochi with family . And our stay was at Le Meridien. The stay at Le Meridien was very pleasant and the property was so majestic . The hospitality was excellent . It was my first ever stay at Le Meridien. From the day one , our check in process was very smooth . The front office team have handled us patiently particularly Mr. Ansaf .
Though its first our first ever trip to kochi , we had no clue on the places to visit , but the guest relation executive Ms Jincy helped us on that . And the way she took care of us , has to be appreciated . It was an excellent service and she has handled us with care . Kudos to the entire team . And we will plan a visit soon to the same property...

Memorable Birthday Stay with Thoughtful Gestures, but Room for Improvement
I recently stayed at Le Méridien Kochi to celebrate my wife’s birthday, and overall, it was a pleasant and memorable experience.
From the moment we entered the room, we were delighted to see a beautiful birthday arrangement with creative décor and thoughtful detailing. It immediately set a special tone for our stay. Later in the evening, it was a lovely surprise to return to the room and find a pastry waiting for us—such gestures truly reflect the hotel’s effort to make occasions memorable.
The room was comfortable and well-maintained, and we had a relaxing stay overall. The team’s effort in arranging the birthday setup deserves special appreciation.
I would also like to mention that during my previous stay, I had faced a few minor issues, and Mr. George Mathew had assured me that my next visit would be a much better experience. I’m happy to say that this time, things were indeed improved, and the stay was enjoyable.
However, one point I would like to highlight is regarding breakfast. In my previous stays, there had been some consideration extended, but this time it was denied as it was not part of the Club Marriott 50% voucher. While I understand policies, a little flexibility or goodwill—especially during a special occasion stay—would have further enhanced the experience.
Overall, a good stay with thoughtful hospitality, and I hope future visits will be even better with such small considerations.

Vintage 5 star hotel with good facilities & food
Very nice hotel but a very old hotel as well (more than w5 years old) So, rooms are not that great. Megha (manager front desk) gave us an upgrade to premium room which was refurbished. Else, bfast, facilities are all good. Quite close to main area(forum mall is 1 km away) unless you wabt to stay in fort kochi which is the prime area in kochi. Thanks to Megha, Sumit & Amritha from restraunt for taking care of our needs & stay.

Regular walk-ins
We have been having a excellent experience at Le Meridien - this is my 4th year of my membership and I will keep continuing it till possible - we get amazing service as we have become family there - Chef Bibin I must mention is brilliant in client servicing- a big thank you to the entire team at Le Meridien Cochin.
