Great food, pool and helpful staff
Stayed for 2 nights as part of a tour around Kerala. Good location in Kochi near to key centre items but not the best around hotel. Staff fantasticly helpful (even lent us a plug adapter) all across hotel.
Food- breakfast was ok but acceptable but variety of options (compared to what we have experienced across world). Evening meals were fantastic in quantity and quality, care how much you order as portions were big). Reasonable range of drinks. Had a bar but we didn't use this. We were on half board basis.
Room - was big, we had a corner one. Shower was good, comfy bed, good wardrobe space, 2 bottled waters replaced each day, AC and a fan both worked well.
Hotel felt safe, was quiet despite being in centre. Roof top pool was lovely and warm. Tea & coffee was on roof if not raining. Small games room and a gym were available.
Overall, lovely hotel and we would stay here again.

Fragrant hotel
Rooms were just nice for 2 person. The toiletries were nice & smells good. Staffs were polite & helpful too.

Absolutely exceptional stay at fragrant nature! Staff warm and friendly! Lots of attention to detail, food was out of this world! Would like to say a huge thank you to everyone who made our stay extra special, difficult to state individual name as all staff were top quality! Thank you! 🙏
