We recently conducted an exhibition at this hotel,and the overall experience was excellent. The event space was well maintained, and perfectly suited for hosting our exhibition. The hotel staffs were professional, courteous and always ready to assist with our setup and event requirements. Special thanks to gibson and rijo . THE PERFECT PLACE FOR A REST AND RESET!
I am a frequent traveller. Fragrant Nature stood out from most properties in terms of warmth, comfort and kind gestures from the team. Reshma and Rose did a wonderful job at the reception. The Atrium lobby makes is want to spend some time there, well adorned with strings of decorative indoor plants along with the fountain, making you feel like you are sitting at a waterfall, soaked in sunshine and greens. Rooms were so well maintained and the instruction cards were thought provoking. Thanks to Ardra, Binju and Nitin. I definitely know that I would be more careful on my water and power expenditure for the rest of my life. Food was scrumptious and Chef Irshad took an extra step to make it according to our individual preferences. Jithu, Samibhya and Darshan were excellent at service. The spa services were great and the pool helped us enjoy the sun and drizzles at the same time. One thing I would like to mention is the library and gym. For hermits like me, an extensive reading space with utmost privacy is extremely rare to find in a hotel. The collection is great too. You don't have to miss your workouts, just cz you're on vacation! Will keep coming back with more friends... I would give the entire credit to Hari and Gibbson for leading the team in such a manner.
