Worst 5 star hotel!!!!
I believe this hotel should be considered one of the five worst five-star hotels! While the rooms were acceptable, the overall experience was dreadful. For what they called "high tea," only tea was offered. When we requested snacks, a family of five was provided with just four small After the cookies, we were served three cutlets, but only after inquiring about the available snacks. The staff was quite poor and seemed untrained; they were constantly chatting but accomplished nothing. Every time we left the room, they immediately entered it. The worst experience ever in a five-star hotel!!! Save your money; don't go to this place.
Winderful Experience
We were stayed in the Hotel for 3 Nights, it was truly exceptional. From the moment we were arrived we got excellent Service. The rooms are spacious and Staffs are so friendly..
We will come back for sure.
