Perfect stay at Uday Beachwater Resort
We really had great time at Uday backwater resort. It is at perfect location. Food, service, rooms everything just exactly we wanted to be. Staff is really kind and polite. Food taste and variety also good. Overall best stay.

Ambience is so good and peaceful
Very very bad experience
. Room service did not ask you for room service. Whenever you are in the room They don't ask you for room service. They wait for your temporary disappearance and entered without knocking you over telephone. If you asked them for illigal entrence, they told you that it is the hotel policy. They don't have online body camera facilities. My room have no CCTV. If any valuable things go missing, they will not be liable for this matter. Because this is their hotel policy. You have no privacy at all. 2. They have two wild emu bird and hotel told you that they are pets. One of them bite my tour partner's hand. The emu birds are following childrens and openly drink water from swimming pool and poop every where beside pool. All the poops are go into the swing pool with rain water and bacteria from the mouth of emu is openly go into the swing pool. 3. All service boy are not bad. But few among them can feel you very uncomfortable. I ordered omlette at the time of complementary breakfast. I have stand before the boy who made omlette. He gave other persons after coming of me.
Lake View Suite
Location and the view was amazing. Atmosphere was calm and serene, and the rooms were beautiful and cozy. It felt worth the money except their breakfast buffet.
Beautiful Location, but Poor Maintenance and Room Cleanliness
Our stay at Uday Backwater Resort was just average. We stayed in Room No. 17, which had an unpleasant smell, continuous toilet leakage whenever we flushed, and a lot of dust. The room’s condition and cleanliness were disappointing.
The property is in a decent location, and the outdoor swimming pool and beautiful backwater views are definite advantages. The breakfast buffet was also good and enjoyable.
However, the overall maintenance of the property and the staff service could have been much better. The stay itself was not a pleasant experience, mainly because of the room’s condition and lack of cleanliness.
If the resort improves its maintenance and provides clean, well-maintained rooms, it could offer a much better experience. Unfortunately, our stay did not meet our expectations.
