Experience at W Goa
We had a truly wonderful and memorable stay at the hotel while celebrating our anniversary. ❤️ From the moment we arrived, the warmth, hospitality, and genuine care shown by the entire team made us feel incredibly special.
The reception team was extremely courteous and, subject to availability, kindly upgraded our room, which was such a lovely surprise and made our anniversary celebration even more memorable.
A special mention to Shreya from Customer Relations, who went above and beyond to make our stay personal. During our conversation, I mentioned how much I love beaches, the steam experience, and the pool. She remembered those little details and surprised me with a thoughtful gift. It was such a sweet and unexpected gesture, and it truly made me feel valued as a guest.
I would also like to sincerely appreciate Sreeja, the Emergency Care Officer, who assisted me with first aid during my stay. She was extremely sweet, patient, and caring, and handled the situation with such warmth and professionalism. Her kindness and reassuring nature made me feel very comfortable at the time, and I’m genuinely grateful for her help.
We absolutely loved the beach, steam experience, pool, ambience, and overall atmosphere of the property. But what truly stood out was the people — every interaction felt warm, genuine, and thoughtful.
Thank you to Shreya, Sreeja, the reception team, and the entire staff for making our anniversary stay so special. It’s these thoughtful little gestures and exceptional hospitality that turn a hotel stay into a beautiful memory. We would absolutely love to return! ✨❤️
Wonderful Stay at W Goa!
Just back from an amazing stay at W Goa -the team made us feel like family! Special thanks to Chef Nikhil for the yummy food and warm hospitality and to Shreya for making our son so happy and comfortable throughout our stay. A big thank you to Gargi as well, for her kindness and attentiveness that made our experience even more special. Beautiful location, great infra, and so much heart in the service. Amazing experience
Such an amazing experience! The staff was super welcoming and warm. A special thanks to Shreya for making our trip memorable, Chef Nikhil for the amazing food, Achint for giving us a great experience and literally every staff member of the hotel.
