Dear Chef Gazi and Team,
We wanted to take a moment to express our heartfelt gratitude for the wonderful culinary experience you gave us during our recent stay at JW Marriott Goa.
As a group with several Jain and vegetarian guests, we often worry about how well our dietary needs will be understood and catered to. Chef Gazi and the team went above and beyond, preparing Jain food that was not only completely authentic to our requirements but also absolutely delicious. Every dish was crafted with so much care, and it was clear that great thought and skill went into each meal.
Beyond the food itself, the warmth, attentiveness, and professionalism of the entire staff made our experience truly memorable. It takes a special kind of dedication to make guests with specific dietary restrictions feel just as celebrated and delighted as everyone else, and your team did exactly that.
Please pass on our sincere thanks to Chef Gazi and everyone in the kitchen and service team who contributed to making our time at JW Marriott Goa so special. We will definitely remember this experience and look forward to returning.
