Restaurant Review
Had a wonderful dining experience at Double Tree by Hilton Goa - Panaji. The food and ambience were excellent, but what really made our experience special was the outstanding service by Arsalan Khan. He wa very polite, attentive, friendly, and made sure erything was perfect throughout our meal. His professionalism and warm hospitality truly deserve appreciation.
Thank you, Arsalan, for making our dining experience memorable. Highly recommended!
We had a good time here. My 2 year baby enjoyed a lot. Mr Faizan and Sachin were good at their house service. We thank you one and all.
Last week I stayed here for three days. The ambience was fantastic.Room service & housekeeping was very prompt.Comida restaurant was cool with lot much food varieties were there. The staff of the comida was very helpful. Eye-catching scene of mandovi river. Many birds can be seen around. I heard about the problem regarding the taxi union but fortunately I didn't face any problem. Ragini,Tousif,Niresh & Gulnaar are the asset of the property. I can't name everybody but believe me all the staff members are lovely I would like to come here again
We spent four nights at DoubleTree by Hilton Goa – Panaji with our daughter and came away with very warm memories of the stay.
The property is comfortable and beautifully situated, but what we appreciated most was the quality of the hospitality: attentive without being intrusive, and personal without ever seeming rehearsed.
The restaurant became a particularly enjoyable part of our days. Restaurant Manager Ravi Kumar and Raghib, the F&B Supervisor, were central to this. They soon discovered my wife's interest in Goan cuisine and took considerable trouble to introduce her to local dishes and flavours, occasionally arranging something specially for her. When we were briefly unwell during the stay, the same thoughtfulness appeared in quieter ways, with simpler food and coconut water offered without fuss.
Biswajith, the other Restaurant Manager, was equally warm and gracious. He introduced me to the pool table, and on our final evening we managed one last game together — a small memory I shall retain with considerable affection.
Mihir looked after our table with unfailing courtesy and attention, while Arsalan at the pastry counter was especially thoughtful towards my wife, regularly enquiring after her and making sure there was something she would enjoy. These are small things individually, perhaps, but over the course of a stay they make an enormous difference.
I should also mention Ragini at Reception. When the number lock on our daughter's suitcase unexpectedly jammed, Ragini simply took charge of the problem, arranged for someone from the technical team to come to our room, and had it resolved promptly. She was courteous and helpful throughout our stay, and before we left very kindly asked us to contact her ahead of a future visit so that she could assist with the arrangements.
There was a lovely final gesture. As we were leaving after our last breakfast, Ravi Kumar, Mihir and Arsalan had prepared a small cake with “See You Soon” written in chocolate on the plate. My wife and daughter cut it, we invited them to share it with us, and photographs were taken together.
It was an unexpectedly touching conclusion to four very pleasant days, and perhaps says more about the spirit of the hotel than a catalogue of its amenities could.
Our thanks to Ravi Kumar, Raghib, Biswajith, Mihir, Arsalan, Ragini and the wider team for looking after the three of us so well.
We hope the words on that final plate prove prophetic.
The restaurant staff were so helpful and even carried my 1 yr old so that I could have meal.... The food was really tasty as compared to most other hotels... Chef Faizal, Arsalan, Ashani, Raghib, Mihir and Deepika were particularly helpful
