The resort features Asian styles water bodies, lily ponds, zen inspired tranquility zone, private cabanas, vitality pool with an outdoor hot tub. Equipped with fun activities, sports hub, supervised kids club and gym.

A Wonderful Dining Experience with Great Hospitality and Amazing Food
Visited for dinner and had a wonderful experience! We were warmly welcomed by FOM Toli, who kindly showed us around the property. The ambience was beautiful, creating the perfect setting for a lovely evening, and the food was absolutely amazing. Overall, a fantastic experience with great hospitality, delicious food, and a beautiful atmosphere. Highly recommended!

My stay at Novotel Goa Candolim Resort & Spa was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed into an atmosphere of understated luxury, impeccable hospitality, and genuine warmth. Every aspect of the experience reflected a commendable commitment to guest satisfaction, making the stay both memorable and thoroughly enjoyable.
What truly distinguished this experience was the professionalism and gracious demeanour of the Front Office Manager. Although I regret that I cannot recall her name, she deserves special recognition for the remarkable impression she made. Elegant, exceptionally well-presented, and effortlessly charming, she embodied the very essence of refined hospitality. Her presence was captivating, but it was her professional composure, welcoming manner, and the confidence with which she represented the property that made her stand out. She is undoubtedly a wonderful asset to the hotel and a fine ambassador for its service culture.
The overall experience was a testament to the fact that genuine luxury extends far beyond beautiful surroundings; it lies in the people who make guests feel valued, respected, and genuinely cared for.
Novotel Goa Candolim Resort & Spa has certainly set a high standard for hospitality, and I would gladly recommend it to discerning travellers seeking comfort, elegance, and exceptional service. I look forward to returning for another memorable stay.

I had a wonderful stay at Novotel and was truly impressed by the hospitality, comfort, and professionalism of the team. The overall experience was excellent, and the staff made sure everything was smooth and comfortable throughout my stay.
I would especially like to appreciate Ms. Toli, the Front Office Manager, for her outstanding hospitality, professionalism, and attentive service. Her warm approach and dedication to guest satisfaction made my stay even more memorable.
Thank you to the entire team for providing such a pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend Novotel to others and look forward to visiting again!
Excellent stay exceptional service.
Had a fantastic and comfortable stay with them. I was greeted with a warm welcome and the staff were attentive and helpful. The breakfast was lovely as always. There was some construction going on but the staff made sure that I was not disturbed which I really appreciate. The rooms were hygienic and comfortable. Location is great, very peaceful, walking distance to the beach, lovely swimming pool with sunken bar. The spa and gym facilities are great too, however I think Novotel resort & spa has a better gym. As a frequent visitor to Goa, I’ve never been let down by Novotel. Thank you so much for your hospitality, will be back soon.

Delicious Food and a Lovely Dining Experience
Had a lovely dining experience at Novotel Goa Resort & Spa! I tried the Caesar salad and prawns, and both were really good. The food was delicious, well-prepared, and enjoyable. Overall, a pleasant experience and a great place to enjoy a good meal in Goa. Would definitely recommend!
