Novotel Goa Resorts and Spa

I recently stayed at Novotel Goa Resort & Spa from 23rd August to 27th August, and overall, it was a wonderful experience. However, what truly made my stay memorable was the exceptional assistance and hospitality extended by Ms. Mandavi Singh, Duty Manager. When I arrived in Goa, I was honestly quite disappointed and was not really in the mood to explore or enjoy the trip. I was unsure about where to go and how to plan my days. Ms. Mandavi Singh went far beyond her regular responsibilities and personally took the time to understand what I was looking for. She suggested some wonderful tourist attractions, hidden gems, places to visit, and experiences that I would probably never have discovered on my own. Her recommendations completely changed the course of my trip. Because of her guidance and genuine enthusiasm, I started exploring Goa with a completely different perspective, and what initially felt like a disappointing trip turned into a truly enjoyable and memorable holiday. What impressed me most was not just her knowledge of Goa, but the warmth, patience, professionalism and genuine willingness to help. She made me feel that my experience as a guest genuinely mattered to her. This level of personalized hospitality is something that deserves special recognition. I would like to sincerely thank Ms. Mandavi Singh for making my Goa trip so much better than I had expected. Her contribution went well beyond what one would normally expect from a hotel Duty Manager. I strongly believe that employees like Mandavi Singh are a real asset to Novotel Goa Resort & Spa and to the Accor hospitality group. I hope the management recognizes and appreciates her exceptional dedication, guest-centric attitude and outstanding service. I had a pleasant and comfortable stay, and I would like to appreciate the entire team for their warm hospitality and professional service throughout my visit. The Front Office team was welcoming, polite, and helpful from the moment of arrival. The check-in process was smooth and well coordinated. The team was always available to assist with any requests and provided prompt responses whenever support was required. Their friendly attitude and attention to detail made me feel comfortable and valued as a guest. The check-out process was also smooth and efficient. The F&B team also provided excellent service during my stay. The team members were courteous, attentive, and well presented. The breakfast experience was enjoyable, with a good variety of food options and good quality. The team was attentive to guest requirements and made sure that tables were properly maintained and service was provided on time. I particularly appreciated the friendly approach of the team and their willingness to assist whenever required. I would also like to appreciate the Sales team for their support Harshal, coordination, and professionalism. The team was helpful in understanding the requirements and ensuring that the arrangements were properly coordinated. Communication was clear, and the team remained supportive throughout the stay. Their coordination with the Front Office and F&B teams helped ensure that the overall experience was smooth and well organized.

Overall, I had a wonderful stay and was impressed by the hospitality and service provided by the entire team. The coordination between the Front Office, F&B, and Sales teams was appreciated. Every team played an important role in making the stay comfortable and enjoyable.
