I had a wonderful experience at Novotel, especially with the breakfast and overall service. The breakfast spread was delicious, fresh, and had a great variety of options. Everything was well presented and the quality of the food was excellent.
I would also like to appreciate the staff for their warm, friendly, and attentive service. Special thanks to Manju, Sandip, Jay, Rahildev, and Manna for being so courteous, helpful, and welcoming throughout the breakfast. Their professionalism and positive attitude made the experience even more enjoyable.
Overall, I am very happy with the food and service at Novotel and would definitely recommend it. Thank you to the entire team for making my visit pleasant and memorable

I had a wonderful experience at Novotel Pune, especially with the breakfast at The Square restaurant. The breakfast spread was excellent, with a great variety of delicious food, and everything was fresh and well presented. The overall ambience was pleasant and made the morning experience even better.
The service was truly outstanding. A special thanks to Manju, Subha, and Akriti for their warm hospitality, friendly nature, and attentive service. They went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and welcomed. Their positive attitude and attention to detail really made a difference.
I also really enjoyed the pool area and the pool bar. The atmosphere was relaxing, and the cocktails were especially enjoyable — a perfect way to unwind and spend some quality time.
Overall, it was a memorable experience, thanks largely to the wonderful team. Manju, Subha, and Akriti deserve special appreciation for their excellent service and hospitality. They truly represent the spirit of great hospitality.

A special mention to the staff—Manju, Somnath, Subha, and Akriti—for their warm hospitality, professionalism, and attentive service. They were extremely courteous and made the breakfast experience even more enjoyable.
I also had a great experience with the in-room dining service. The food was delivered promptly, was well prepared, and the service was excellent.
The pool bar was another highlight of my stay. The cocktails were fantastic, refreshing, and beautifully prepared. The ambience and service at the pool bar made it a great place to relax and unwind.
