Worst Experience ever recieved. Not Recommending anybody to stay & waste your time & money here.
I went on my Babymoon to Goa & stayed at Novotel Goa Candolim. They knew that I am already with a toddler kid, still the services were not at all good. I was very disappointed as well as dissatisfied with the services. Even a baby milk or a water bottle refill takes more than an hour. This is exactly not a way, such a renowned Brand should behave & serve their guests.
The service numbers provided were not always answered. The delay in a small service is always too much. Even getting a water bottle takes 40-50 minutes & when complaining they only have an answer that we are checking.

A nice and pleasant stay
Rooms were nice and ready We had requested for an early check-in and we got one which was great Roomservice and housekeeping is Quick and effective. We have been here before

Wonderful experience
Its a fantastic hotel , location is great right on the main road veryyy near to candolim beach. The hotel looks amazing lobby is artistic & vibrant the vibe of hotel is very refreshing..... Mr. Amit Sangwan GM of the hotel is managing property tooo amazingly well. Hats off because of his efforts Novotel candolim is doing soo well. My room was very clean and comfortable food was beyond expectations in Novotel Goa swimming pool is really unique has game areas and play areas too for kids. We rea lly enjoyed being there. Staff is tooo hospitable. Fnb team is really good.over all awesome 10/10
