"A simple and pocket-friendly hotel that is good for a short stay. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the AC and hot water worked properly. The location is easily accessible, and the staff is cooperative. Don't expect luxury, but it's a safe and decent place if you just need a clean room to sleep in."

Stayed here for a couple of nights during a work trip, and it was a decent, no-nonsense experience. The location is quite convenient—close to the main road and easy to find transport. The room was clean and of a decent size, with a working AC, a comfortable bed, and a clean attached bathroom with hot water running properly. Free Wi-Fi worked fine for browsing and basic work. The staff was polite and helpful during check-in.

We had wonderful stay at the Novotel. Great staff and and amazing hospitality. The food is fantastic . Overall we had a great stay and looking forward to visit again.
