Terrible AC, very run down- don’t believe the photos
We booked through Loveholidays & can honestly say the photos on the site really are not a true reflection of this hotel. Females should not book if they are alone. The whole place felt unsafe from the broken door lock, to the missing blue tooth speaker from my luggage to the very blatant stares from all of the male staff & guests. It seems to be a hotel popular with either single or groups of men. Of the entire holiday we slept here for one night. I booked us alternative accommodation & left our cases there as a base. I wished I had just checked out entirely (which we did do eventually 5 days early due to a missing blue tooth speeker)
Worst experience
It was very bad and worst experience on July 2 we check in and july 4 we checked out very worst service we had a shower problem i complained 4 times but no response a service boy came and just did temporary repair but again same problem occurred...it take 30 minutes for me to bath very very worst experience don't go to this hotel

Had an amazing time at Resort De Alturas! The property is gorgeous, well-maintained, and ideally located close to Candolim Beach. The entire vibe of the resort is super welcoming and fun. Rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. Huge shoutout to the staff for their top-class service and warm hospitality throughout our stay. Overall, one of the best hotels in the area. Highly recommended!
