Excellent Stay at Hotel Acacia,Goa
I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Acacia, Goa, and it was a truly pleasant experience. The staff was extremely polite, friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with excellent housekeeping service especially staff named Sanoj .
The rooftop restaurant was one of the highlights of our stay! The ambience was lovely, and the food was absolutely delicious, with great taste and quality. It was a perfect place to relax and enjoy a wonderful meal.
Overall, everything from the hospitality and room cleanliness to the rooftop dining experience was excellent. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Goa and looking for a comfortable stay with great service and delicious food. Would definitely love to visit again! ❤️
A wonderful family stay.
We had a wonderful stay at Acacia Hotel. The staff were cordial and friendly. We were greeted with a refreshing drink. Room service was good. Housekeeping was good. Breakfast was good. We had dinner twice at the hotel and it was delicious. We didn’t get a chance to do the spa but hopefully in our next trip we will definitely try it. Thank you for a good stay.
POOR VERY POOR
On arrival was not given the room that we were promised reception staff stating the room was being redecorated but then a manager appeared whom then stated that the room was occupied by other travellers so lying seems natural ,then was told the manager would come and see me regarding this complaint but never appeared the rooms were smelly the hotel needs a complete revamp to compete with others in the area so no I DO NOT RECOMMED THIS HOTEL any longer
