Perfect Family Getaway & Wonderful 2nd Birthday Celebration

We had a fantastic family vacation at Taj Exotica Resort & Spa, Benaulim, Goa, and it became even more special as we celebrated our little one’s 2nd birthday here.

Location: Excellent location in Benaulim, with a beautiful and peaceful setting, perfect for a relaxing family vacation.

Atmosphere: The resort has a wonderful atmosphere with lush greenery, beautiful surroundings, and a calm, relaxing vibe. It is especially great for families with young children.

Rooms: Our room was spacious, comfortable, well-maintained, and perfect for a family stay.

Cleanliness: Excellent standards of cleanliness throughout the resort and in the room.

Noise Level: Very peaceful and quiet, making it easy to relax and enjoy quality family time.

Service: The service was exceptional. The entire team was warm, courteous, and attentive throughout our stay.

A special mention to Sonali, who coordinated and organized our little one’s 2nd birthday celebration. She was extremely helpful, responsive, and paid great attention to every detail. Everything was arranged beautifully, and her support made the celebration completely stress-free and truly memorable.

Amenities: The resort offers excellent family-friendly amenities, with beautiful spaces and facilities that kept both adults and our little one entertained.

Value: Overall, we felt the experience, hospitality, service, and beautiful surroundings offered excellent value for a memorable family vacation.

Our honeymoon stay at Taj Exotica Goa was truly special and filled with warm hospitality from the moment we arrived. A special shoutout to the wonderful lady at the lobby who welcomed us warmly with a traditional garland, arranged a sweet cheesecake cutting to celebrate our honeymoon, and granted us a complimentary room upgrade—it set the perfect tone for our trip! The talented gentleman playing joyful tunes on the guitar during our welcome made it even more magical. The staff throughout the property went above and beyond: Raj Singh Chaudhary provided exceptional property guidance and helped us get well-oriented with the resort grounds. Narmin was very helpful in explaining all the available spa services and gave great recommendations on activities at the Kids Zone. Joann came to our rescue swiftly and with absolute grace when we accidentally got locked outside our room. Dining Team: Breakfast and dinner were always delightful thanks to the warm, welcoming service from Vishal, Rohan, Pearl, Ashita, and Ashmita. Although our order was misplaced a couple of times during busy hours leading to a short wait, their attentiveness and the delicious food more than made up for it. Amenities & Experiences The Spa: We opted for a couple’s massage room. Enjoying the steam and jacuzzi bath beforehand was very relaxing. While my massage was good, my wife’s massage experience was fairly average and could have been a bit better, but the ambiance remained peaceful throughout. Pool & Activities: The pool setup is fantastic, especially having both hot and cold pool options alongside the corner jacuzzi. We also had a blast taking part in the poolside activities—my wife even won a coupon during the lively 1-minute poolside games! The Beach: Even though monsoon weather and high tides prevented water sports, the beach view was serene. The lifeguards and security personnel stationed along the shore were extremely alert and helpful at all times.
