Gran Hyatt, Bambolim, Goa stay
A beautiful resort, to give you the best possible luxury alongwith Goan experience! Its a huge but wellmaintained and well-equiped property. Large loans, sea-facing walking tracks, sea-facing event areas, large outdor swimming pool, walking distance and direct access to the beach, comfy and cosy rooms with good services, and spacious dinning areas. It does offer verything one may expect from a luxury stay! Rooms have spacious washrooms and bath-tubs, will expected range of amenities. Electric cars are handy everywhere. Its does have in-sight casino, too!
Great holiday experience
During my recent stay at Grand Hyatt, I had a very pleasant experience. The staff were courteous, professional and extremely helpful throughout my stay. A special mention to Prajwal, Ms Ria and Ms Stephanie from the Front Office team for their warm hospitality, attentiveness and willingness to assist. I would also like to appreciate Rahul from the kitchen team for his excellent service. Their professionalism and genuine hospitality contributed significantly to making our stay comfortable and memorable.
Pretty relaxing stay
We had a wonderful experience at the property. The hospitality was truly exceptional, and the entire staff was extremely courteous, warm, and attentive. The property itself is beautifully maintained, with excellent upkeep and attention to detail throughout.
A special mention and heartfelt thanks to Ms. Steffi for going the extra mile to make our stay even more comfortable and memorable. Her warmth and personal attention were truly appreciated.
Overall, a fantastic experience, and we would definitely look forward to visiting again. Highly recommended!
An Exceptional Stay at Grand Hyatt Goa
I stayed at Grand Hyatt Goa from September 30 to October 2 and had a wonderful experience. From the thoughtful communication before my arrival to the attentive service throughout my stay, the team made me feel warmly welcomed and well cared for. A special thank-you to Partiksha Sarkar, Assistant Guest Experience Manager, who contacted me by email before check-in to ask whether I was celebrating a special occasion. Although I wasn’t, I was delighted to receive an upgrade to a suite, a lovely gesture that made my visit even more memorable. I would also like to recognize Steffi Nath, Guest Experience Manager, for her exceptional attention to detail. She made sure that even the smallest details were taken care of, and her thoughtful hospitality contributed greatly to my enjoyment of the stay. The hotel’s location is excellent, and my suite was kept immaculately clean and serviced every day. Drinking water was generously replenished, a practical touch that I appreciated. Breakfast was sumptuous, with an impressive variety of dishes to suit different tastes. I particularly enjoyed the Executive Lounge, which offered a lovely selection of drinks, wines, and hors d’oeuvres, a welcoming place to relax in the evening. What stood out most was the combination of comfort, quality, and personal service. My sincere thanks to Partiksha, Steffi, and the entire team for making my stay so enjoyable. I would happily return and highly recommend Grand Hyatt Goa.

Food and services were worst
Services was not up to mark ans we were called multiple times to attend the call for faulty AC but service team not attended our call for 2 hrs. Also food was tasteless in buffet as we were taken MAP plan which were worthless.
