Exceptional Staff and Outstanding Hospitality – 10/10!
The staff was absolutely amazing! During my stay, I met Abdul and two female receptionists, all of whom were extremely polite, welcoming, and professional. I also had the pleasure of meeting a lovely lady working in the restaurant during breakfast. Her beautiful smile truly made my morning and added a special touch to my experience. I would also like to appreciate the security staff and the team responsible for managing the cars parked outside. They were all very courteous, generous, and helpful. What impressed me the most was the genuine warmth and positivity of the entire team. Every time I woke up and visited the front desk, I was greeted with a beautiful smile. The kindness and professionalism of the staff made my overall experience truly memorable. I would happily give the staff 10 out of 10 for their outstanding hospitality and dedication. My heartfelt best wishes to the entire team! Keep up the excellent work, maintain these high standards, and continue making guests feel so welcome. I would love to visit again!
