Amazing Experience at the Lazy lagoon fro front desk team Ankita and Ram are Awesome.
From the FNB team Manik and the Joline are awesome amazing service provided by them both are very good in Customer Service 5 star for them and Ankita and Ram from front desk team.

Stay at Lazy lagoon goa
the hotel is good the location is also good best place to stay in Goa.

Awesome hotel but new staff is not good
Recently stayed in this hotel 2nd time ,, previously stayed here too n that stay was wonderful but this time things changed... Start with reception the girl on the reception forgot her name was so dull in welcoming the guest ,, she was never helpful in my stay in my previous stay the staff at reception was awesome,, whole staff changed now,, room n property is awesome no complaint in that,, now comes at F&B ,, staff here was very good always ready to help ,, some staffs r same as previously so no complaint in service but the breakfast here they serve had less varieties in buffet compared to my previous stay that was 9-10 month ago only.. bar counter is not maintained properly have to ask multiple times to come someone to attend thr.. overall this property is one of my favourites in Goaaa but this time staff at reception n menu of breakfast disappoint me alot ,,, hope management will improve this soon because this lemon tree hotel n this brand is known for the service n luxury...
