A small act of kindness
Travelled with my family and upon arrival in Goa my kids fell sick. What started out as a nightmare scenario, turned out to be quite a pleasant experience with some happy memories for my kids. The staff at Westin Goa including the Concierge, Restaurant, Play Area, Housekeeping and Security were nothing but amazing to us. They kept on checking if we are fine without being intrusive and got us whatever we needed to make our stay better. Special mention to Mr Ajith from Concierge who immediately arranged for medicines we needed and was also helpful in arranging a vehicle for us when we needed it. A small act of kindness from everyone at Westin Goa is what we will remember from this trip.

Monsoon Visit at The Westin
Had an amazing stay at The Westin Goa! A big shoutout to Sanya at the front desk, who helped us with a discounted room upgrade it definitely made the stay even better. The spa was another highlight, one of the best I've experienced at a hotel. Great hospitality, beautiful property, and overall a wonderful experience. Would definitely love to come back!
