01 Night Stay - Pleasant One
Pros:
- Good Location
- Friendly Staff
-Spacious Room & Clean Bathroom
- Comfortable big Bed
-My room had a view of the ocean so I loved it -A/C / Wifi Connection / TV with some good channels
- Had a French Press Coffee Maker
- Pool was good and had a good time in the pool
- Beach is literally in the backyard :)
Areas to improve:
- The food were good but could maybe improve the menu
- Took some time to check in so might be good to speed up the process a bit
Overall it was a good stay and I'd like to come back someday soon.

Jetwing SEA - Experience
I had a wonderful break in Negombo , Jetwing as always is my first choice of hotels when in Sri Lanka and this property and staff were just amazing , I’d like to mention few staff who went beyond to make my stay comfortable , front desk supervisor Kennedy , housekeeping Rishi and Lobby attendant Shewon were just amazing with customer service always served guests with a smile .

Excellent. The word excellent doesn't justify the hotel stay The ambience The hotel amenities Even the water bottles are made of glass! Pools are super clean Hotel staff are super friendly and gentle.
Love the hotel Just stayed for a couple of hours, and we regret not staying much longer.
Please go and visit their property.

The receptionist Abdul is helpful. I lost my passport and he helped me contact the person at the airport. All people work at this hotel are friendly, kind and always with smiles.
