Thishanth, the gym instructor is excellent. Hotel fabulous. Come here for amazing fitness and serenity.
Relaxing
Beautiful relaxing stay at such an iconic hotel. We were looked after by Pushan who did a wonderful job and made a beautiful towel display in our room. Thanks we would love to come back.
Gymnasium

Perfect introduction to Sri Lankan hospitality
We went to Jetwing directly from landing at Colombo airport and it was the perfect start to our Sri Lankan holiday. The accommodation was spacious and very tastefully presented. The swimming pool was enormous albeit a bit too warm for our liking. We dined on site and all of our meals were delicious and reasonably priced. Breakfast was included and was generous and tasty. Special thanks to Sudat who was very attentive and kind.

Overall okay
We had a wonderful stay at Jetwing Lagoon, Negombo, and would like to share our experience.
From the very beginning, the reservation and welcoming process was super fast and smooth. The check-in took less than 5 minutes, and special thanks to Imani for making the check-in so easy and pleasant.
We were also pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade to a room with a terrace, which made us really happy. Our room was spacious and in very good condition, and the beautiful surprise bed decoration was such a lovely touch. ❤️
A special thank you to all the chefs — every meal we had was absolutely delicious! The portions were generous, and we were genuinely impressed by the quality and presentation of the food throughout our stay. Every meal felt like a little surprise.
We would also like to thank the wonderful service team: Pasidu — you are so young, kind-hearted and genuinely caring. We will definitely miss your lovely service. ❤️ Nadeesha — my husband even started calling you “Mr. Handsome”! 😄 You were very professional and friendly throughout our stay. And a big thank you to Ranmini and Nikitha for all your excellent service and hospitality.
Overall, we were truly impressed by the food, service and the little surprises throughout our stay. You all made our stay very special and memorable. ❤️
One small point we would like to mention for the hotel’s attention: our room was 152, and although the main door was closed, there was still a noticeable gap, and the door did not seem to lock completely securely. On the second morning, we had a little panic when we noticed a shadow through the gap, which made us feel that someone could potentially see inside from outside. We kindly recommend checking this door and the privacy/security of the room for future guests.
Apart from that, we had a beautiful experience and truly appreciate the entire Jetwing Lagoon team for making our stay so enjoyable. Thank you for taking such good care of us!
