Great hotel to start Sri Lankan tour.
Warm and professional welcome including drinks and personal service. Rooms very comfortable with pool and sea views. Great place to stay after arriving. Three pools and spa available. Terrace was being built so a little noisy with building work but will be great when complete. Used restaurant for lunch. Lovely food and great service. Obtain filtered water from restaurant bar. Restaurants nearby are excellent and good value. Recommend exploring. Ladies, if you also like holiday nails there is a nail bar next to hotel which is great and excepts walk-ins. Suggest to stay two nights to relax and explore~ fish market and sunset boat tour super interesting and fun.

Outstanding care
My family and I stayed at Jetwings Beach hotel, Negombo last week and our stay was so lovely and relaxing. A few hours before we were due to leave for the airport my 5 year old son tripped on the stairs whilst going from the swimming pool back up to our room. My husband and I were panicking so much however all the hotel staff were just amazing. Ahnisa and Robert especially- they tried to call us a taxi and because it was taking too long Ahnisa took me and my son to the private hospital down the road herself in her own car, Robert and another member of staff who’s name I do not know came with us and helped me out so much. Honestly if it wasn’t for them and their quick thinking and care I don’t know what we would have done or if we would have even been able to make our flight back home. What an amazing manager and team at this Hotel. I can’t wait to visit Sri Lanka and stay at Jetwings beach, Negombo again.
Wonderful food and service
We stopped over for a night on our way north and ate at The Sands restaurant. Authentic Sri Lanka cuisine that was absolutely delicious. Wonderfully friendly service from Iresha and Manoj. Thank you!
Nice and friendly hotel
The location is brillant for it's right next to the beach with good accessibility to local restaurants. In the hotel's main restaurant the atmosphere slightly lacks but overall it's a lovely hotel right next to the beach
Great hotel, right on the beach!
Hotel was right on the beach although it wasn't swimming season but the pool was fine. Beach was clean, rooms were big and clean. Staff were helpful when checking in. Breakfast was plentiful and a variety of choice. Nice touch with cookies in the room and chocolates for the turn down service.
