Shoutout to Sithmi and Team
All was arranged well, I have gone to 3 hotels in Sri Lanka and this is my favourite hotel
Avoid! Unacceptable, rude customer service
Avoid! We booked and pre-paid 4 rooms 3 months in advance, for 7 adults and 3 kids. Arrived at 10 PM after a long flight and reception refused to give us the keys unless we paid an unadvertised extra $30 bed fee (later lower to $20 as in a street market). Management refused a refund and defended this behavior. Holding tired families hostage over $20 is disgraceful for any hotel, let alone one that calims to be 5-star resort.
