Disappointing service: Unreliable team and broken promises
While the beach, pool, and buffet were good, the reservation process was incredibly frustrating. The team held up their end of the deal only until they received our advance payment. They explicitly promised sea-view rooms, but we ran into a wall on arrival when they refused to honor it. They ignored countless emails, wasting hours of our time before we even checked in. To make matters worse, the way they handled their mistake made us feel humiliated and disrespected. A good property means nothing if the staff treats paying customers this poorly. Highly disappointing

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel for our anniversary last week. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the food was delicious, and the overall service was outstanding. Special thanks to the reservations agent, Ms. Manulya, for her professionalism and exceptional customer service. She was friendly, helpful, and made the reservation process smooth and hassle-free. We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning in the future!

Our honeymoon stay at the Tangerine Beach Hotel was truly unforgettable. We had such a lovely time from start. A special thank you to Heshini from the Reservations Department for being so kind, friendly, and professional. Her guidance and warm hospitality made our stay even more special. Not a forlur star property and not at all for vegetarian indians
Location very poor, no facilities. Hotel worn out and not maintained. Not at all a 4 star hotel. Vegetarian indians will regret spending on this hotel as nothing in indian vegetarian in bf and menu has only spring rolls, pasta and pizza in vegetarian options.
