Enjoyable stay
Warm ambience. Spacious,clean rooms. A variety of food that was tasty. Exceptionally kind staff, all of them , special mention of Madhusha from guest relations and Kasun from reception. Value for money stay. Enjoyed quality time with family !
Great weekend at Royal Palms
We had a wonderful stay at the hotel and would like to express my sincere appreciation to the entire team for making our experience so enjoyable.
A special thanks to Ajesh for handling our booking so efficiently and professionally. We were warmly welcomed upon arrival by Kasun, and Dharani, the Front Office Manager along with her team were extremely helpful and attentive throughout our stay.
The food and beverage service, handled by Kasun and Chandima, was excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed the delicious meals prepared by Chef Bandula and his talented team—the food was truly scrumptious and one of the highlights of our stay.
Overall, all the staff were very friendly, courteous, and always willing to help. Their warm hospitality and excellent service made us feel genuinely welcomed and well cared for.
Thank you to the entire team for a memorable stay. We look forward to visiting again!

Excellent Hospitality and a Wonderful Stay for Our Group
We had a wonderful stay at Royal Palms Hotel with our group of 25 rooms for two nights. Everyone in our group was extremely pleased with the hospitality and had nothing but positive things to say about the hotel and its staff.
The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. The hotel is also very child-friendly, with plenty of open space for children and families to enjoy. The location is convenient for larger groups, being close to Colombo while still offering a relaxing atmosphere.
All the staff, from housekeeping to the management team, were incredibly helpful, friendly, and accommodating throughout our stay. Special thanks to Mr. Amara, Ms. Malsha, Mr. Chandima, Mr. Manjula, Mr. Chandra, and the entire team for making our stay so pleasant and comfortable.
We highly recommend Royal Palms Hotel and look forward to visiting again in the future!

Nice Vacation in the Royal Palm Beach Hotel
The hotel was truly excellent! Beautiful rooms, a quiet location, delicious food, and genuinely friendly staff. We especially felt very comfortable with Chamal and Himasha! The hotel itself offers many activities and small events. We would love to come back!
What could be improved: Unfortunately, the cleanliness could be better. We didn’t see any vacuum cleaners; sweeping is done every two days, which is a bit too infrequent for us personally. Also, the mentioned events are only noticeable if you actively look for them in the lobby on the same day or happen to be approached at the pool. A small program booklet or a board with all the information would be nice.
Conclusion: Still a great hotel, and we would gladly return!
A wonderful stay
The hotel and overall experience were excellent. We came to Sri Lanka for a holiday, and everything was wonderful. All the staff were very friendly, especially Madhavee from Guest Relations. My child was sick during our stay, and she gave us so much care and attention until we checked out. She arranged everything we requested and made us feel really special. We truly appreciated her kindness and exceptional service. A big thank you to Madhavee for making our stay even more memorable! ❤️
