Hotel Zest Metropole
I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel! The hospitality was excellent, and I would especially like to recognize Inaz for his outstanding service. He went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout my stay. His kindness, attentiveness, and willingness to help with anything truly made a difference. It’s rare to meet someone who puts so much genuine care into their work. Inaz is a real credit to the hotel, and I hope his efforts receive the recognition they deserve. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again!

Greater stay at zest
Had a wonderful stay at Zest Metropole! The hotel has a great atmosphere, comfortable rooms, and excellent service. A special thank you to Inaz at the Front Office for being so welcoming, helpful, and attentive throughout my stay. Her warm hospitality and professionalism truly made my experience even more enjoyable.

Beware of tourist tax
Lovely hotel, great location in the city, however the quoted price to our guide was increased by over 50% because we were foreigners. Our guide argued the point and we were offered a refund, however given the time of day, we had no option but to pay the foreigner price.

Fantastic
Zest Metropole service was great. The breakfast buffet was very varied and accommodated all tastes. Staff and location were very good and helpful. This was our 1st hotel in Sri Lanka and we were not disappointed .
