Friday Night out @ Kingsbury
Great service and excellent management. The bar manager (Mahesh) was friendly, attentive, and made sure everyone had a great experience. Keep up the excellent work and service.

Wonderful Stay at The Kingsbury Colombo.. My two kids and I recently stayed at The Kingsbury for two nights, and we checked out today. We had a truly wonderful experience, and I would like to express my sincere appreciation to the entire team for their warm hospitality and exceptional customer service. A very special thank you to the Front Office Manager Mr.Tharaka for his outstanding customer service, cooperation, and professionalism. He made us feel genuinely welcomed and well taken care of throughout our stay. I would also like to give special recognition to three wonderful staff members who went above and beyond: ⭐ Johel – Front Office Department ⭐ Umesh – Kitchen Department ⭐ Nilupul – F&B Department Their service was truly excellent, attentive, friendly, and professional. They were always ready to help with a genuine smile, and their kindness made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, the entire staff at The Kingsbury deserves a big thank you. The level of hospitality and customer service is exceptionally high, and we were extremely happy with the care and attention we received. The food was also delicious and added to our wonderful experience. Please keep up this excellent standard of service for every guest. Your dedication and hospitality really make a difference, and you should all be very proud of the service you provide.
