A Truly Exceptional Experience at Taj Samudra Colombo
We had a really lovely time here. Right from check-in, everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming. A big thank you to Fatima and Indunil at breakfast, and also to Dewmali and Chandana for taking such good care of us. They were so kind and attentive, and they really made us feel at home rather than just hotel guests. Thanks to the whole team for a great stay. We will definitely be back!

I had an excellent experience at Taj Samudra Colombo. The location is perfect and very convenient, and the atmosphere inside is elegant, peaceful, and welcoming. Everything was exceptionally clean and beautifully maintained, which made the visit even more comfortable. The customer service was outstanding—Dilhara, Chathura, and Daias were professional, friendly, and made our visit enjoyable from start to finish. Their warm hospitality and attention to detail truly stood out. A perfect place to relax and enjoy. Highly recommended!
Wonderful stay at Taj Samudra
I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with comfortable beds that made for a good night's sleep. The staff were friendly, courteous, and always willing to help with any questions or requests. The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and public transportation.
The amenities, including Wi-Fi, breakfast, and housekeeping, met my expectations and added to the overall comfort of my stay. Special mention to Assistant Revenue manager Mr. Dhruv Chawla and Duty Manager Miss. Dinusha who made the overall experience very positive. My sincere thanks to both of them that they turn over my experience on a positive note. This means alot. 💜🧿 Also Ms. Tamali was very courteous and engaging with me and she escort me for the tea ceremony. And her smiling face was very warming. Chief Concierge Mr. Sagara Abeykoon was very helpful to arrange me transportation for the airport drop and also he took care of my requests very well. Thanks to him.. Apart from that the staffs restaurant supervisor Mr. Indunil and fnb staff Samindi , Pratima, took special care whenever I went for dining. Not to forget Chanduri at tea session. Harsha with special cup of teas. and Ms. Renoza Hameed at the break-fast time was very polite and greeted me well., Suranga and Ramzan porters for helping with the luggages and room escort process.. And all The house- keeping staffs are very professional which added special touch on my stay. 👌🏻. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I would be happy to stay here again if I get to visit the place again. THANK YOU TAJ SAMUDRA! Navaratna restaurant
We had a wonderful dining experience at Navratna Restaurant. The food was absolutely exceptional, featuring authentic and flavorful North Indian cuisine.and also specially thanks to lasantha ,bandara ,dinuka ,sanidu ,ravishan Kanishka to great time with you
