A Memorable Stay with Outstanding Service

We had an amazing stay at Ramada during our trip to Sri Lanka. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. The entire staff was warm, courteous, and always willing to help, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. Traveling with our 6-month-old baby was made much easier thanks to the caring and attentive service.
A special thanks to Sachikala, who served us during the breakfast buffet every morning. She was incredibly kind, friendly, and attentive, always greeting us with a smile and ensuring we had everything we needed. Her genuine hospitality and positive attitude made our breakfast experience even more enjoyable, and she truly stood out.
The rooms were clean and comfortable, the breakfast buffet offered a great variety of delicious food, and the overall service exceeded our expectations. Thank you to the entire Ramada team for making our stay so memorable. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Colombo and would be delighted to stay here again.

Fabulous stay
The staff were all so very helpful and attentive. The hotel was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The pool was so welcome given the heat. The food was excellent and catered for all tastes. A great location to explore the delights of Colombo.
