BAD SERVICE !!!!!
I have already paid, yet I was unable to check in simply because I did not have my physical passport—even though I had a photograph of my passport and other official identification documents. Not a single cent of my money was refunded. The hotel’s service is appalling, and both the manager and the receptionist were rude.

Wonderful Stay and Excellent Hospitality
We had a lovely stay at the Ramada Hotel. The staff were welcoming and attentive, and the atmosphere was pleasant.
