Disappointing Customer Service and Lack of Communication
I have stayed at Radisson Blu Colombo five times, yet I have never experienced any recognition as a returning guest. Honestly, I don’t expect special treatment, but I do expect basic courtesy and communication. I recently messaged the hotel asking if a twin room could be arranged for my friends, but received no reply. Unfortunately, this is a recurring issue. For an internationally recognised hotel brand, responding to guests’ messages should be the bare minimum. Very disappointing.

Had a wonderful stay at Radisson Colombo. The hotel offers a comfortable atmosphere, excellent service, friendly staff, and beautiful views. The food was enjoyable, and the overall experience was pleasant and relaxing. Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality hospitality in Colombo!

Perfect stay with an upgrade on top
Had a great stay here and they upgraded me to a sea view room.
So my days started with full awesomeness.

Good but no tooth paste given and washroom was stinking also bathroom Door is a bit uncomfortable
Really bad service
The service is really bad, when we call on room service mostly they don't pick but when they pick the help comes after half an hour that also after repeated calls. They don't fulfil their commitments. Also the showers aren't working
