One of the best places to visit
I have been to the hotel the atmosphere and the rooftop bar is really nice. Even the food is so delicious. Special thanks goes to Mr Tharun who always gives the best customer service
Comfortable & Convenient
I have been staying at the Pullman in Colombo often in recent months. During my first visit, it was managed by the previous hotel group.
Since its move to Accor, all the things that were good and working, continue to remain the same. The rooms are comfortable, clean and well maintained. They are light, airy and spacious. The bedding is comfortable which is essential for any business traveller. Room amenities cater all the essentials.
The restaurants and bars provide a palatable alternatives and the chef in the Thai restaurant dishes out some lovely creations. Ask her nicely and she will do something special for you in the way you want. The rooftop bar is amazing. After a busy day, sitting up in that bar, sipping a beverage whilst watching the sunset is magnificent.
What makes this hotel standout, apart from the obvious things like location, facilities and eating options, is its staff. They make all the difference. Having stayed here now on a few trips, the staff anaggenent when needed is flawless. Everyone is pleasant to deal with and go out of their way to ensure your needs are catered for. From the first experience at check-in to the the barmen to check-out, it’s a wonderful. That’s the reason I keep going back.
Things to improve woukd be on things like quality of towels, better toiletries and a bit more attention to repairs/maintenance.

Great pullman hotel
Very good service, food great, upstairs pool and bar is nice. Hashini is always welcomig. She's the best. Highly recommend✌️
Great Colombo hotel
We started our Sri Lanka trip with this hotel in Colombo and we’re not disappointed. The hotel is located just a street away from the ocean front and the sea view from the room is amazing. The hotel has a top to bottom glass facade that makes the views awesome even from the bathroom. The hotel room that we stayed in was clean, very spacious and had all the necessities one would need. The breakfast buffet as well as the dinner buffet had a good spread and the food was tasty. The rooftop is a must visit with a nice small infinity pool, a jacuzzi and views of the city and the ocean. The area around the hotel is not very touristy but there is a mall right next to the hotel which was again more for locals than tourists.

Lovely service from Hashini
Pullman is the best hotel in sri lanka. Its my first time in here everyone make us feel great. Lovely and attentive staff specially Miss. Hashini and everyone thank you so much Highly recommend 👌
