Fantastic stay
Absolutely fantastic experience at Pullman Colombo! From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding and the whole stay felt welcoming, comfortable, and memorable.
A very special thank you to Rivini and Gangoli, who were both incredibly helpful throughout our time at the hotel. They were so kind, friendly, attentive, and genuinely went out of their way to make sure we were well looked after. Their warm personalities and excellent service really stood out and made our experience even better.
The hotel itself was beautiful, with a great atmosphere and excellent hospitality. It’s the wonderful staff who can really make a stay special, though, and Rivini and Gangoli certainly did that for us.
We had such a lovely experience and would happily recommend Pullman Colombo to anyone visiting the city. Thank you again, especially to Rivini and Gangoli, for making our stay so enjoyable. We would definitely love to come back! ❤️
